Welcome to a very well-maintained and nice house with 500m to the sea, where you can enjoy a nice swim at the Grankullavik beach. The entire Bödabukten bay with its rolling white sandy beaches is close by. You have a nice screened paved patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy. The house has a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a large dining area. The beautiful living room with sofa and TV is bright and nice with a patio door to the patio. You sleep upstairs. There is an open sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed and a bedroom with a door where there are two single beds. There is also a simple extra bed that can be folded out if needed. The bathroom with sink, toilet and shower is on the entrance floor. The house is located in the owners' house, but you have your own part of the garden and a screened patio. Parking is to the left of the house. Wifi is available Pets are not welcome Not allowed to charge electric cars. Charging stations are available at Grankullavik, Trollskogen or Byxelkrok. Here on North Öland you have a lot to see and experience. Here are Öland's finest sandy and pebble beaches. Don't miss cozy Byxelkrok (9km) where you can stroll around among the small shops down by the lakeside cottages in the harbor. Trollskogen is nearby for those who want to hike in exciting nature that brings to mind the world of fairy tales. Byrum's raukar and fine beaches are well worth a visit.
