Welcome to this charming and cozy cottage with a lovely 60s spirit, located in a quiet villa and summer cottage area just 300 meters from the clear waters of Lake Vänern. Here you can enjoy cozy swimming spots, beautiful sunsets and the tranquility of nature. Several swimming spots are within walking distance, and in just one kilometer you reach the popular Ursand Resort & Camping with water park, restaurants and activities. Vänersborg is seven kilometers away and can be easily reached by bike or a lovely walk. The cottage has a spacious and welcoming hall with plenty of space. There is a separate shower room with sink and a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker There is also a cozy wood-burning stove and a patio door that leads out to a nice patio where you can start the day with a cup of coffee and birdsong. There is also a grill on the patio, perfect for cooking dinners and enjoying long summer evenings. The house offers several comfortable sleeping places. One bedroom has a 110 cm wide bed and its own patio door. The second bedroom is bright and pleasant, also with a 110 cm wide bed. The living room has a lovely space with high ceilings, a large and comfortable sofa, TV and a patio door that leads out to the veranda. From here there is also a staircase up to the sleeping loft with a 160 cm wide double bed. Please note that the stairs are steep and therefore not suitable for small children. The house has a separate laundry room with a washing machine. On the plot there is a guest cottage with two extra bedrooms, both equipped with two Hemnes double beds 160cm. This cottage is perfect for families, friends or couples who want to enjoy peace and quiet, the proximity to swimming and beautiful nature - while restaurants, activities and the city's offerings are within reach.
