Cozy and homely accommodation in a sunny seaside location Welcome to this family-friendly, cozy and homely cottage with annex located in a small cottage area near the charming coastal idyll and fishing village of Rågårdsvik on Skaftölandet. A quiet and peaceful summer paradise with a friendly atmosphere and nice salty swimming. In the neighboring community of Grundsund you can walk along the canal and experience picturesque boathouses and piers from different eras. Here you will find professional fishermen where you can buy fresh fish, shrimp and crabs directly from the boats. Experience the archipelago by, for example, renting a kayak or going on a seal safari or hiking on coastal roads and paths. On Skaftö there are 2 golf courses, a pay & play within walking distance and an 18-hole course in the neighboring community of Fiskebäckskil. Through the welcoming entrance you enter the upper floor of the house with an open plan, the many windows and patio doors to several directions provide a bright and wonderfully cozy atmosphere. On the entrance floor there is an open kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, large dining area, living room with wonderfully comfortable sofa group, warming wood-burning stove, reading corner and TV, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed (140 cm wide), bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. From the living room and dining room, doors lead out onto the cottage's sunny large patio area with outdoor furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy good meals, sunbathe, read a good book or maybe just relax after a wonderful day on the beach or golf course. In the basement is the cottage's second bathroom with underfloor heating and shower, sauna, laundry room, a living room and a bedroom. From the patio, a staircase leads down to the cottage's annex with a bedroom with single beds. Outside the annexe, a nice mature garden with lawn spreads out, perfect for all kinds of games and play. The cottage is equipped with wifi. From the cottage you can also easily make day trips to other places worth visiting on Skaftö or Havets Hus in Lysekil, Nordens Ark, Smögen, Kungshamn or other fishing and boat communities in northern Bohuslän. The idyllic island of Bassholmen with its museum of traditional boats is also well worth a visit. There is a boat mooring for those of you who want to bring your own boat to the cottage.
