With the added luxury of family passes to access the spa facilities at Una Spa and Leisure, you will be transported to their perfect spa retreat whilst still being in a great location to explore Carbis Bay and St Ives. Guests also have the choice to bring along your pooch for days out on the coast path. Boasting in its Eco-friendly design, Una has had sustainability at the forefront of its construction. From energy saving heating to excavated rocks being repurposed for walls and footpaths to immerse themselves in Cornwall’s natural environment. Nestled within the peaceful and nature focused grounds, guests can take advantage of the outdoor decking and seating area located to the rear of the holiday home.

The open-planned living, kitchen and diner centralises the impressive wood burner, encouraging guests to relax into the choice of a cosy ‘L’ shape or two-seater sofa whilst taking advantage of the Smart TV. Summer evenings may find you stepping out onto the outside decking area, nestled amongst the sheltered hedgerow and newly planted trees, to capture the last rays of sunshine after a day spent on the local Carbis Bay beach. You will also find a separate downstairs WC and hand wash basin conveniently located to the left as you enter the holiday home.

Whether you are the designated chef, sous chef or diner for the evening, this open-planned kitchen and dining area provides a space for everyone to get involved and enjoy those family and friend gatherings. Whether it be enjoying light bites and small plates in the rear garden seating area or cosying up around the dining table during winter with the fire blazing and roast diner cooking. 64 Una provides everything you will need throughout your stay including a fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Open out the rear patio doors to welcome in the fresh Cornish air and begin your dining experience at the breakfast bar by popping open a bottle of your chosen sparkling wine, perfectly chilled in the wine fridge.

The master bedroom with ensuite offers a Super King-size bed beneath the high vaulted ceiling. Leading through the patio doors guests will find their very own sun trap balcony featuring glass panels and seating for two – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee listening to the sound of wildlife and wind rustling through the trees. You can also take advantage of the ample storage space, including fitted wardrobes, and access to their very own TV. The master bedroom en-suite also provides a walk-in shower, WC, hand wash basin and heated towel rail. The second Super king bedroom also offers a generous space to relax in evening, with bedside table lamps so you can get stuck into their favourite book. Built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers provides a variety of storage spaces. The cosy, third bedroom provides two single beds, ambient lighting and personal TV displayed above the chest of drawers. On-Site Parking for Two Cars - Parking dimensions are 2.8m wide and 10.6m long. Parking for two cars would require guests to park one behind the other.

One EV Charger in Una Resort Car Park – Rolec EV - The EV charger located in the Una Resort car park is shared with guests staying in the on-site properties as well as guests visiting the spa facilities, therefore it can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. This parking bay is only allocated to those who are charging their vehicles. Please follow the instructions on the EV charger port.
