64 Una presents a detached, contemporary style lodge located in the tranquil Una Resort and Spa grounds. With the added luxury of family passes to access the spa facilities at Una Spa and Leisure, guests will be transported to their perfect spa retreat whilst still being in a great location to explore Carbis Bay and St Ives. Guests also have the choice to bring along their pooch for days out on the coast path.
Boasting in its Eco-friendly design, Una has had sustainability at the forefront of its construction. From energy saving heating to excavated rocks being repurposed for walls and footpaths to immerse themselves in Cornwall’s natural environment.
The open-planned living, kitchen and diner centralises the impressive wood burner, encouraging guests to relax into the choice of a cosy ‘L’ shape or two-seater sofa whilst taking advantage of the Smart TV.
Summer evenings may find you stepping out onto the outside decking area, nestled amongst the sheltered hedgerow and newly planted trees, to capture the last rays of sunshine after a day spent on the local Carbis Bay beach.
Whether you are the designated chef, sous chef or diner for the evening, this open-planned kitchen and dining area provides a space for everyone to get involved and enjoy those family and friend gatherings. Whether it be enjoying light bites and small plates in the rear garden seating area or cosying up around the dining table during winter with the fire blazing and roast diner cooking. 64 Una provides everything you will need throughout your stay including a fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Step into the master bedroom en suite offering a Super King size bed beneath the high vaulted ceiling. Leading through the patio doors guests will find their very own sun trap balcony featuring glass panels and seating for two – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee listening to the sound of wildlife and wind rustling through the trees. Guests may also take advantage of the ample storage space, including fitted wardrobes, and access to their very own TV.
The second Super king bedroom offering a generous space to relax into evening, with bedside table lamps guests can get stuck into their favourite book. Built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers provide guests with are variety of storage spaces.
The cosy, third bedroom provides guests with two single beds, ambient lighting and personal TV displayed above the chest of drawers.
The upstairs family bathroom presents a spacious full-piece suite with a modern finish, including a bath, walk-in shower, WC, hand wash basin and heated towel rail.

Guests will also find a separate downstairs WC and hand wash basin conveniently located to the left as you enter the holiday home.
