This house of character, spread over three levels, has a superb 40 m² terrace facing south-southeast, ideal for enjoying generous sunshine throughout the day.



The chalet offers five spacious bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, as well as a dormitory that can accommodate four people, which also has its own bathroom. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor and on the first floor, while the living space and kitchen occupy the upper floor.



Each level has independent access to the outside, offering fluid circulation and the possibility of reaching the garden from any floor. To enhance your stay, you will also have a jacuzzi and a sauna, perfect for recharging your batteries after a day of walks or hikes.



The village of Bionnassay, a true haven of peace for nature lovers, is the ideal starting point to discover remarkable places such as Miage, Le Champel, the Voza pass or the Plan Glacier refuge for the more adventurous.



A few steps from the farm, you can enjoy local specialties in the cozy inn in Bionnassay, thus extending these moments of escape in an authentic atmosphere.



Located equidistant from the ski resorts of Saint-Gervais (7 km), Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce (9 km) and Les Contamines (8 km), the farm makes it easy to reach these ski areas by car. For the more sporty, it is even possible to access the Voza pass by ski touring in order to enjoy the Les Houches area.
