Welcome to Cary! We are happy to host you and up to 2 dogs to our relaxing environment in a quiet beautiful neighborhood.
Nice walkable community with trails and shopping close by.

Grocery store 1/2 mile. DT Cary 3 mi.
Main bedroom= queen bed
Secondary bedroom=queen bed
3rd bedroom= 2 twin beds.
Beautiful lighting, large dining table and fire pit/grill in back yard.
The space
Upon entrance you'll see the living room with the kitchen to the right. On your left are three bedrooms (2 twins, 1 queen, 2nd queen in primary bedroom) hallway bathroom close to bedroom 1&2 with an ensuite bath in primary bedroom. Primary bedroom has a TV. Dining room leads to sunroom with main living space being the main focus when you enter the home. Quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbors milling about in their yards and gardens.
Guest access
Upon arriving you'll have a wide driveway that will fit 2 cars and room for 3rd car behind. Front door with stoop is right off the driveway with easy access. No access to garage as owners use it to leave their cars while abroad.
Other things to note
We don't allow large gatherings/parties at our property. Garage parking not available as owners cars occupy the space.


Main closet not available in master bedroom as owners belongings occupy the space.
We allow up to 2 dogs (30 lb. max) but you must bring your own sheets to put over the couches/beds if you allow your fur babies on the furniture.
NO aggressive breeds allowed. Pet waste left in the home or yard (front or back) may result in an extra fee for clean up. A pooper scooper is in the sunroom for easy convenience. No cats are allowed due to their unpredictable behaviour tendencies.
If your stay is longer than 30 days there will be an additional cleaning fee as we do require deep cleaning after 30 days. Property must be viewed by manager or cleaners every 30 days.
