We’re a local family with roots in Tirana and a deep love for Albanian tradition, hospitality, and design. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy—it gives us a chance to meet amazing people from all over the world and share a little piece of Albania with them.

"ODA" means the traditional Albanian guest room, a cozy space where people gather, talk, and connect—so we wanted to bring that same warm vibe into our place. And "Zen" reflects the peaceful atmosphere we've created—calm, comfy, and perfect for unwinding after exploring the city.

We love good food, slow mornings, and discovering quiet corners of Tirana—so we’re always happy to share tips on where to go, what to eat, or just how to enjoy the local rhythm. Whether you're visiting for the first time or coming back home, we hope ODA Zen feels like your own little retreat in the heart of the city.

ODA Zen is just a short walk from Pazari i Ri—one of our absolute favorite spots in Tirana. The neighborhood has such a cool mix of old and new. You’ve got traditional markets where locals still buy their fresh fruit, veggies, olives, and cheese, right next to trendy cafés, wine bars, and small restaurants tucked into colorful side streets.

Mornings here are our favorite. The market comes to life early, with the buzz of people shopping, chatting, and sipping espresso at the corner cafés. There’s always something happening—live music on weekends, food tastings, or just the daily energy that makes you feel part of the city.

We love grabbing a fresh byrek me dhalle and an espresso. You can walk almost anywhere from here—Skanderbeg Square, Blloku, museums, parks—everything’s close by, but the neighborhood itself feels authentic and full of character.

What we think really sets ODA Zen apart is the vibe. We’ve put a lot of thought and love into creating a space that feels warm, calming, and personal—somewhere you can truly unwind after a day out in the city.
