Welcome to Studio Apartment "Sea", a charming and modern space designed for comfort and relaxation. Nestled on the first floor, this 23 sq. m. studio is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families seeking a peaceful and convenient stay.
Comfortable Living Area: A cozy bed with fresh linens, complemented by soft lighting and stylish decor, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
Fully Equipped Kitchenette: A compact yet functional kitchen with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
Dining Area: A small dining table is perfectly positioned for enjoying meals or working on your laptop.
Smart Entertainment: A sleek Smart TV with streaming services ensures you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies.

Aukštieji Šančiai Fort: Located about 0.8 km from the apartment, this historic fort is part of the Kaunas Fortress system. It's an interesting site for history enthusiasts and offers a glimpse into the city's military past.
Šančiai Forest Park: Approximately 0.9 km away, this green space provides walking trails and a natural retreat within the city. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog.
St. George the Martyr Church: Situated around 1 km from the apartment, this Gothic-style church is one of the oldest in Kaunas, offering architectural beauty and a sense of the city's historical depth
In Aukštieji Šančiai, which is located very close to the city centre of Kaunas, there is a hill known not only as "Šančių piliakalnis" but also as Aukštapilis. The oak grove of Aukštieji Šančiai on the upper terrace of the right bank of the Nemunas, which surrounds it, is the smallest surviving part of the oak grove surrounding Kaunas. You can find the mound by driving from K. Baršauskas Street.
Members of the ancient Baltic religious community "Romuva" established a sanctuary next to the mound, and a built altar on the site in front of it. In here many Baltic holidays are celebrated also various rituals are performed. As you go deeper into the oak grove, you will also come across a Lightning-marked Thunder Oak. The members of the Romuva community formed a paleo-astronomical calendar around it. It is a circle made of stones with a diameter of 14 m and 12 sectors.
After visiting the mound, visit the Aukštieji Šančiai soldiers' cemetery, established in 1891 outside the then boundaries of the city of Kaunas. A total of 7 burial blocks were formed in the cemetery historically, Russian, German and Lithuanian soldiers were buried there. The rows of graves in the second plot of Lithuanian soldiers reproduce the design of the Gediminaičiai pillars.
There are plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and other places for entertainment near the apartments.
You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of center of Kaunas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.
Convenient Connectivity: The location is well-connected to nearby areas such as Aukštieji Šančiai (0.4 km) and Savanorių prospektas (3 km), making it easy to access key parts of Kaunas.
Quiet Residential Area: Medvėgalio gatvė is a peaceful street with a mix of single-family homes and apartment buildings, offering a calm living environment.
Proximity to Green Spaces: The area is close to natural landscapes like the Neries žemupio limnoglacialinė lyguma (11 km), providing opportunities for outdoor activities.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and getting to the apartment does require climbing a few stairs.
No shoes inside the apartments
No parties or gatherings
The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
All guests must upload their data to the local authorities in accordance with the law of tourism in Lithuania
