The photos above are for illustrative purposes but are a realistic representation of the style and amenities of this room. These are from our sister property in Galashiels - we'll update this listing as soon as decorating has finished at Chapel Street

★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property (separate to your agreement with Airbnb). This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Portal containing useful information about the property and the local area.
★ The property has limited dedicated parking - first come first served. Free unrestricted on street parking available nearby.

★ In the heart of Innerleithen, with a selection of cafes, bars, independent shops, an award-winning Indian restaurant and a supermarket, all within a 5 minute walk
★ 7 min drive to Glentress or 20 minute cycle on a disused railway
★ 3 min drive or 5 min cycle to Innerleithen 7Stanes Bike Park and bike uplift
★ 5 min drive to Traquair House and Brewery
★ 14 minute drive to Peebles

Weekend Room

The room was as shown in the pictures and it was comfy. This is a good place for stroking our fork if you’re into hiking and mountain biking. Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy. Check in was the only sticking point as the postcode only takes you to the high street and after a long travel day it could be a little more obvious where the entrance is to the accommodation. Plenty of parking space for guests at the back of the property.
