This charming holiday home in Lild Strand, is located in scenic surroundings just 700 meters from the water. The holiday home, built in 1983, is ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings. With a plot area of 2220 square meters and a house area of 213 square meters, this home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy life.
Inside you will find three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds, providing space for up to six people. The house has a total of two bathrooms with toilet and shower, ensuring that there is no waiting time, when it is time to freshen up.
The living room is the central gathering point in the house, where you can relax after a day at the beach or exploring nature. Here you will find a cozy wood-burning stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially on the cooler evenings. The living room is also equipped with a television that offers both Danish and German TV, as well as Chromecast, so you can stream your favorite programs. The wireless internet ensures that you can always be online if you want to.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 60 litres. This makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the dining room or on the lovely terrace, where there is also a barbecue. There is a barbecue available for those who love to cook outdoors.
Outside there is a large terrace, where you can relax with a good book or enjoy a dinner under the stars. Children will love the swings, which allow them to play and have fun, while adults can enjoy some quiet time. The large natural plot also provides opportunities for outdoor play and activities.
