Agnolo 65 - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

The apartment is located in the Sant’Ambrogio district, very close to the famous food market where you can find the freshest fruit and vegetables every day, coming directly from the surrounding countryside. In the same area, you’ll find typical local restaurants frequented by Florentines. The neighborhood is lively, and all major points of interest can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
The apartment is spacious, renovated, furnished, and air-conditioned. It is located on the first floor near Piazza Santa Croce, just a short walk from the Sant’Ambrogio parking area.
The apartment is in a typical building of the historic center and consists of an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom with quiet internal views, and a bathroom with a window and shower cabin.
The apartment can accommodate up to two people and is ideal for couples or solo travelers.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their initial needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service Limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The allowed temperature settings in our apartment are 19°C (±2°C tolerance), up to a maximum of 21°C. According to Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022, issued by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, heating in the Municipality of Florence is permitted from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Please take good care of the house keys. In case of loss or failure to return the keys, a €50 fee will be charged for lock replacement for security reasons. For urgent assistance requested by guests outside office hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM), an additional fee of €100 will be applied.
In accordance with Italian law No. 214/2011 (art. 40.1), we are required to communicate the identity of our guests to the Italian police. Guests must therefore provide a valid photo ID and their residential address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce its temperature.

At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental.

Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number (codice fiscale).

If the apartment selected is pet-friendly, admission is upon request and a pet fee can be applied.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
