Usted tiene 840 pies cuadrados donde podrá disfrutar de la 1 habitación, junto con una sala de literas en el pasillo y 1. 5 baños. Este hermoso condominio tendrá capacidad para hasta 6 personas. Cuenta con suelo de moqueta y baldosas y una sala de estar / comedor con vistas a su balcón, donde podrá relajarse y mirar las olas. La cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada con encimeras de Corian será una delicia para entretenerse. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y hay un sofá cama de reina en la sala de estar. Entonces, relájate y disfruta de este condominio frente a la playa que también ofrece una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, un jacuzzi y una zona de parrillas a gas para tu uso.
Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Short Beach Getaway

Great ocean view directly on the beach. Entire building is parallel with the beach/ocean so there are no bad or partial views from the balcony. Very clean. Only issue was we couldn’t watch cable or anything on the living room tv but the bedroom tv is a smart tv and we were able to watch Netflix or cable at night before going to bed. Didn’t really matter since we spent very little time indoors anyway. We took our travel Keurig since the unit just has a standard coffee pot. Loved being able to walk to The Back Porch. We also loved that this is only a three story building. Fewer people to share the beach with. We will definitely stay again.

Weather was spectacular and John the Beach set up guy was very accommodating as always. We stayed in Unit 305 and loved the updated shower. Our daughter stayed in Unit 314 and our only comment is the exterior of the refrigerator is a little rusted and not pleasant looking to say the least. Other than that, we have been staying at this complex bi-annually and love the ease to check in-check out and the proximity to our favorite restaurants. We always return to our go-to spot.

Liked the new flooring. The only suggestion we have for this unit (and the others we've stayed in - 312, 313, 315) is that the twin mattresses in the bunk beds need to be replaced - they all sag and are very uncomfortable.

Vacation on the Emerald Cost

We had a wonderful stay at the Destin Beach Club. Staff was very friendly! We had a wonderful view of the ocean and on Sunny days, dolphins came ver close to the shore frolicking in the beautiful ocean! Everything was close by and we had a wonderful stay! The beach and pool were only a few steps away! The furniture is a bit outdated but who spends allot of time inside when you hanging at the beach! Will visit this property again!
