Destin Beach Club - en el corazón de Destin. Imagine bellamente amueblado, frente a la playa condominios ubicados en el paraíso de Destin, Florida. Disfrute de puestas de sol románticas, frescas brisas del Golfo, arenas azules y aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México. Ubicado directamente en la más hermosa playa de arena blanca de azúcar en la Costa Esmeralda, sólo tres pisos de altura con 47 unidades, nuestra atmósfera es más de una escapada frente a la playa que un complejo de gran altura, pero conveniente a restaurantes, golf, pesca y Parques tematicos. Y el servicio de playa, que incluye un paraguas de playa grande y 2 sillas de playa reclinable, se incluye con cada reserva del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre.

Esta unidad de 840 pies cuadrados de un dormitorio tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con una sala de estar / comedor con un patio con vista a la playa, una cocina totalmente equipada, una alcoba con literas, un dormitorio principal con cama king size y un sofá cama Queen.

Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Nice beach location

Good location. Right on beach in quite area. There was some confusion on which beach chairs could be used and which ones were reserved. The reserved chairs could not be used but no one used them most days.

The location was good and we walked to the Backporch several times. The weather was great, the staff were very nice and the beach chairs were a nice touch (beach chair attendants were great). We really enjoyed visiting in early October.

Perfect for Quick Getaway

This was a perfect place for a quick trip to the beach. Loved that condo was directly ON the beach, not across any streets! Walked straight out to the beach and what a perk to have umbrella and chairs included. The condo was dated but that wasn't important to me on this trip. Kitchen has everything you need. King size bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the bunks but it is nice in a one BR condo to have extra sleeping space. Also very nice to have one and half baths! Although we didn't venture out, the location was right in heart of Destin near restaurants, shopping and amusement park. My only suggestion would be to remove carpet and upgrade to keyless entry, but that won't stop me from booking here again.

This unit is great as it has a washer and dryer and safe which some units don’t. Great view of the beach. Only thing that would make it better is a 2nd shower and a larger hot water heater.

Reviewer Comments: Room was comfortable, tv did not work in bedroom but at the beach always too tired to watch it in there anyway...The shower drained very slow. Overall room was nice . Also dogs was in other rentals , which this is first time we seen dogs at this place... family had 3 dogs in one condo, just annoying at times hearing them. I’m not against dogs, we have them... just not on vacation.

Fantastic property! Small, quiet, centrally located in the heart of Destin.

Will rent again! This property exceeded our expectations. It is directly on the beach. Friendly staff and grounds keepers. Condo was more than large enough for our family of three.

Had a few problems with the unit at the beginning but we were quickly and courteously helped. We’d highly recommend this for an extended winter stay that’s very quiet considering it’s central location and access to amenities.
