The space
Mullins bay townhouse 5 consists of a spacious open plan living area with flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast Island with guest bathroom. This creates a space for all friends and family to enjoy.

The doors open onto the terrace with seating area and sun loungers overlooking the pool and garden.

The master bedroom is on the first floor with panoramic sea views from the balcony.
Double vanity and shower.

Bedroom two has a king or twin bed and en suite with balcony overlooking the sea.

Bedroom three is on the second floor has a queen bed and small en suite, ideal for 1 or 2 people. There is a chaise which a small child could also sleep on.

The roof terrace has a dining area for a lovely meal and drinks overlooking the Bajan sunset.

Parking for two cars at the front. At the back of the development there is a gate for easy access to the beach.

Mullins bay is a small gated community with 24 hour security and wonderful landscape gardens.
Singita spa and gym is next door and the popular sea-shed restaurant is opposite.

Mullins is the perfect area for enjoying the Platinum Coast of Barbados as you are in the centre of everything the island has to offer.

Other things to note
There is a gas station at the end of the road for necessities.
All the best restaurants, nightlife and supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive along the coast.
The bus stop is just to the left of the villa opposite Seashed restaurant. The bus takes you to Holetown, Speightstown or Bridgeton.
