Situado en el desarrollo Summerland lo largo de la costa oeste de Barbados, 'perla esmeralda' es el único apartamento de 3 dormitorios que tiene su propia piscina privada en esta encantadora desarrollo. Este apartamento de lujo cuenta con mobiliario de alta calidad en todo, suelos de mármol, una cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, nevera americana / congelador y encimeras de granito. Hay televisión por satélite, Soporte para iPod / reproductor de CD y conexión Wi Fi ADSL. El salón se abre a una terraza de 38 pies para la vida al aire libre y de comedor y un bar de ancho cubiertos. También hay una gran terraza abierta con barbacoa que conduce a la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene cama King size con dosel y se abre a la terraza cubierta. Hay un baño con azulejos de baño de mármol con un gran paseo en la ducha y vanidad tapas de mármol. 2 dormitorios con dos camas individuales que se pueden hacer como una cama de matrimonio y la habitación también se abre a la terraza cubierta en la piscina. Apartamento Gestión y ama de casa: Nuestros agentes de gestión son muy fiables y bien establecida en la isla. El administrador de la villa es siempre localizable si hay cualquier duda o problema. Nuestra ama amable y servicial también está en manos de seis mañanas por semana y siempre puede ayudar con el día a día las consultas. Ella va a hacer las camas y cambiar las toallas todos los días, cambiar la ropa de cama cuando sea necesario. Lavandería Personal es por acuerdo con ella y depende de tiempo disponible.

A lovely place to stay. So relaxing with own outdoor area and pool.The villa was just like the pictures, perfect.Decor made it feel homely.We enjoyed the beach about a 10 minute walk up the road with La Cabane. Italian restaurant and local spupermarket 5 minutes walk.Bonus was the housekeeper Denise who kept the place amazingly

Loved it.

We stayed here for a week during the Crop Over Festivities. Property is exactly as advertised and pictured, maybe even better. Housekeeper Denise was amazing and extremely helpful and pleasant. I would recommend and We will be back again soon.

Beautiful apartment!

We loved our stay in this wonderful apartment, so beautifully decorated and sublimely comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms were spacious with cosy beds and plenty of storage space, the well stocked kitchen had all the appliances we needed to cook and the 2 bathrooms with lovely powerful showers were just perfect! The added bonus was the stunning terrace and, one of the features which made me book this apartment, our own private pool which was such a joy to have.The apartment is ideally located on the west coast, close to many stunning beaches and a short 12 minute drive to Bridgetown in one direction and Holetown in the other. Our host, Louise, was so lovely and helpful, providing us with full info about the apartment, suggestions where to shop for food, the best local restaurants and was always quick to respond when needed. We were met on arrival by the wonderful housekeeper Denise who made sure that the apartment was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Barbados Beauty at the Emerald Pearl

Our stay at the beautiful and comfortable Emerald Pearl was our family's first visit to Barbados. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and plan to return. I can say without pause our expectations for the trip were exceeded. The atmosphere is lovely and very relaxing. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and very well stocked; we had access to everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed both the private and community pools; the beach in is natural state is just stunning. We could not get enough of the gorgeous, clear, blue waters. We enjoyed a catamaran and snorkeling trip which I highly recommend; we were able to see many beautiful, colorful fish and sea turtle in the stunning blue waters. Louise is an absolutely great host and extremely responsive. Denise the housekeeper and Stanley whom provided transport were most helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our vacation and wish we could have stayed longer. I would recommend the Emerald Pearl; it's a 10 out of 10. Amazing !

March Break 2024

Louise's property is exactly as advertised. Well furnished and well equipped. The property gives you the best of both worlds, you have your own back yard with a mini pool, access to the complex pool and within a very short walk access to a nice beach and ocean. Denise the house keeper is delightful. Good location however having a car opens up the entire island. Would highly recommend. We look forward to returning someday.

About 25 min from airport, across the street From the ocean. Solidly built so really didn’t hear the above neighbours. Fully cleaned daily by charming house staff. Found restaurants quite expensive locally (very easy to spend 100 bd per person) however there was a local market within a five min walk and a Costco not a far drive. Being a Canadian driving was a bit challenging as there’s double laned roundabouts everywhere and traffic is going in the other direction along with narrow roads. Scuba was very good. Golfing was excellent (but expensive!). Overall sad to leave and hopefully will be back!

Absolutely Superb!

Beautiful, spacious and luxuriously furnished apartment. The pool area is lovely, the photos although good, still don't do it justice. The bedrooms have comfy beds and good air conditioning. The kitchen is remarkably well equipped with dishwasher and American style fridge (with ice maker) to mention a few items. During our stay we made good use of the BBQ on the patio area. Fish was the main offering, sourced from the Paynes Bay roadside fishmonger (Melissa). The jewel in the crown is the very lovely Denise, housekeeper for our stay. Typical amazing Bajan welcome and warmth. Denise would visit 6 days per week, clean, tidy, chat - just a lovely person. An individual side gate gives access to the main pedestrian gate and a 2 minute walk puts you directly on the lovely beach. Turning right and walking 10-15 mins brings you to yet another fine swimming bay outside the Bikini Beach bar - the best rum punch, especially at happy hour (5-6pm)!! Finally, thanks to Louise, the owner. Brilliant communicator throughout. We will be back!

First, not last, time visit to Barbados...

We had a wonderful visit to the island and were shown around by a dear Barbadian friend. The villa was perfectly appointed with two bedroom wings separated by living space and all spaces accessible to lovely covered patio and beautiful pool. Denise, the housekeeper was so nice, friendly and helpful. The only potential drawback could be that the villa was not located within walking distance to all the many shops and restaurants. This was not an issue for us for staying in the perfect villa made up for that.

Amazing stay at Emerald Pearl

Our family just returned from two weeks in Barbados and we couldn’t be happier. Emerald Pearl is a beautiful, well-equipped apartment in one of the best areas of Barbados. We frequently used the transit system to go up and down the west coast, but loved having Jordan’s close by, and walked to the fish market on several occasions. Our children spent hours in the private pool which is large and beautiful. Louise was very helpful and communicative leading up to our trip. As others have mentioned here, Denise is a truly wonderful person who made a great stay even better. We’ll happily recommend this property to our friends and hope to be back soon!

Wonderful time at Emerald Pearl!

Emerald Pearl was the perfect spot for our family of 5 - including two teens and Grandma. The villa was the perfect size, and incredibly well appointed. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and all the kitchen equipment you could ever need. Denise was exceptional, and Louise was excellent with communication. Especially appreciated, was Louise's flexibility in accommodating an additional night when our flight was canceled due to weather at home. Stanley was equally as flexible in both the pick-up and drop off at the airport, even driving us on Christmas so we could make our new flight! The neighborhood kept us busy - great shopping in Holetown, and boating excursions from the beach there (Good Times Too is highly recommended). Cala Roca was exceptional, and Il Tempio and La Cabane were delicious! All within walking distance. The road can be a bit tricky to navigate by foot, as the sidewalks are narrow and the road busy, but with a little knowledge on how best to navigate, it's easy to learn - just something to be aware of if traveling with small children (our teens were fine). Buses are aplenty, and a fun experience all on their own. The residents of Barbados were so very friendly, and helpful as we learned our way. The beaches are beautiful, and we floated in the ocean most days. An absolutely wonderful vacation, and we are so thankful to have stayed at Emerald Pearl. Thank you Louise, Denise, and Stanley!

Absolute Paradise

Perfect spot for our girls trip. Excellent communication with the property - SO accommodating even getting us groceries prior to our arrival. Absolutely LOVED Denise the housekeeper we just had the very best time. A few restos close enough to walk to and the buses make it very easy to get around and check out different beaches. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely!

A wonderful family vacation home. Clean, modern beautiful back patio the private pool. Is a plus. This is a gem, I’ll be back. Denise was very welcoming, such a wonderful person. The only downside is you must cross a busy street to get to the beach, be careful when crossing, both directions are on a curve.

The house keeper was working with covid!!!

Imagine traveling 12 hours, finally seeing a bed, you lift the sheet and there's a blood stain. Luckily for them I can't post the pictures. Good thing there's 3 rooms. Was woken up a few hours after arrival by the pool man who decided to let himself in. Apparently this is normal because he wasn't the only one to just walk right in. The host stated in the welcome letter that Denise, the housekeeper, would be out with covid and we'd have another lady. Guess Denise didn't get the memo because she decided to just let herself in, she had to unlock 2 doors to get in, with no mask. When I questioned her she told me, "I didn't know if she was sick or just had a baby!" I seen Denise at the beach later that day with her boy friend and he decided he wanted to say a few words to me. Imagine someone having the audacity to blame you for not wanting to be around someone who didn't finish their 10 day quarantine. Also, the lock for the backgate is a rock. The front gate, which has a code on it, was left open the entire time I was there. It's a nice house though

A Lovely Stay!

We loved the Emerald Pearl! The private pool was lovely, although we spent most of our time at the beach. You do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach path, but is it about a 1 minute walk. There is a market within walking distance. We originally decided not to rent a car, but decided after 2 days it would much more convent. Our villa was extremely clean and Denise kept it that way the entire time. Denise is delightful and kind. We would gladly stay here again!

We live in the UK and travelled to Barbados for the first time 20 years ago and fell in love with the island and its people.

Barbados is a beautiful island with diverse landscapes from the stunning west coast to the wild Atlantic east coast and the north where east meets west. It offers something for everyone, watersports, sailing, sightseeing and of course 'just chilling'! The Barbadians are hospitable and friendly and we have made many good friends over the years.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We were fortunate to find Summerland before it was built and we knew the developer who had already constructed a development at Mullins Bay which was very successful. Emerald Pearl is the only apartment at Summerland with its own private pool and we have our own access to the property so it is completely private and during these Covid times it is a very safe house. Being on the ground floor gives the feeling of living in a villa rather than an apartment and of course the terrace, with its wet bar, pool, sun deck and small garden means it is totally self contained.
