Discover this charming duplex located just minutes from Alhaurín de la Torre and Alhaurín el Grande, perfect for golf enthusiasts. Surrounded by one of the best courses in the Guadalhorce Valley, you will have access to an elegant social club with restaurant service (not included), ideal for complementing your days on the course.
Beyond golf, the urbanisation offers paddle tennis courts and a beautiful community swimming pool surrounded by landscaped areas, ideal for relaxing and enjoying good weather Check with the agency about schedules and availability of these facilities.
The apartment has a functional and welcoming design, distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room connected to two terraces, one accessible from the living room and another from the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable and practical stay: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. Additionally, there is a toilet with a washing machine for greater convenience.
On the upper floor, the two bedrooms have their own terrace, wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower tray and bathtub, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and a bathroom with a shower tray
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating, wifi access, elevator, fans, hairdryer and television. It also includes a parking space in the same building (with an extra cost of 13€/day), with controlled access through a padlock to guarantee your space.
With 110 m², capacity for 4 people and views of the mountain and golf course, this apartment is the perfect base to enjoy a privileged environment and activities for the whole family.
