The Deck House is a beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home located in Gurnard right next to the sea offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Sleeping up to 7 guests, the accommodation is designed with a modern Scandinavian flair, providing spacious and stylish interiors. Flooded with light from the many windows, you can enjoy stunning sea views both inside the home and from the private decking – an ideal spot to unwind while taking in the coastal beauty.
LOCATION
Located right by the bay, The Deck House is nestled in the village of Gurnard, just on the outskirts of Cowes at the northern tip of the Island. It's a popular spot for a refreshing swim at the beautiful beach or enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. The village features a sailing club, charming pubs where you can relax with a drink or enjoy a meal and a cafe. The scenic promenade offers a picturesque coastal walk leading to Cowes, a town rich in maritime history and famous for iconic sailing events like Cowes Week.
Nearby attractions include the seaside home of Queen Victoria, the magnificent Osborne House, and the historic Carisbrooke Castle in Newport. Plus, you’re just a short distance from the island's stunning sandy beaches, where you can spend the day relaxing by the sea.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE STEEP SPIRAL STAIRCASE AND THE FALL HAZZARD ON THE LOWER DECKING, THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE LESS MOBILE OR YOUNG CHILDREN

PLEASE NOTE:
Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £35 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £150 before check-in.
If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.
