IMPRESIONANTES VISTAS AL MAR de The Solent y Southampton Water

La propiedad está amueblada con un estándar muy alto. Se compone de 1 dormitorio en la parte trasera de la propiedad con una cama de tamaño extra grande, una habitación en el lado del bungalow con una cama doble 4 pies. En la parte delantera del bungalow, con vistas al Solent, hay una habitación con dos camas. El estudio, también frente al mar, tiene un sofá cama que puede dormir dos personas adicionales si es necesario.
Hay un baño moderno con bañera y ducha. También hay un moderno cuarto de baño con ducha.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene vistas al mar.
El amplio salón tiene increíbles vistas al mar desde una gran ventana con vista a Southampton Water y un gran ventanal con vistas desde Solent hasta Portsmouth.
Hay una sala de estudio / televisión separada con un sofá cama. Esto también tiene fantásticas vistas al mar.
También hay un jardín de invierno con mesa de comedor con vistas al amplio jardín maduro. Las ardillas rojas residentes visitan la mayoría de los días.
Hay un patio privado con vistas al jardín que es una trampa de sol. El patio al frente tiene una barbacoa y vistas al mar.

Amazing location

Just had the best week ever , taking my elderly parents to stay here . Bungalow was perfect, views were amazing, garden was beautiful and we were blessed with 6 days of sunshine.

Parkwater Cowes

Parkwater is a great bungalow in a super location. A real home from home. The secure rear garden backs onto a nice park. The front has super views over water. Bob & Kim are very attentive before, during and after your stay. The only draw back is the steep drive up, which was a bit slippy to try and drive up when wet. The on street parking is free, but can get busy during the day. We had a relaxing stay thx

Lovely house in superb location near Cowes

A beautiful home, a short walk away from Cowes and the beach. We loved being so near to the town, with the benefit of a quiet peaceful house and garden to come back to. The most amazing views and super helpful owners. Thank you!

A great location and a very homely house

This house is in a great location in Cowes and the house provides everything that you would need for a great holiday. The property is well maintained and a great space for a couple or a family. Plenty of space in the garden and in the property. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in and around Cowes. very easy to cycle to other places on the island as well using the ferry across to East Cowes. Well done to the owners for providing such a great place.

A real home from home

Wonderful house - immaculately presented, comfortable, well equiped, spacious, great beds and linen, modern bathrooms, and a sensational back garden. Stunning sea views from the front terrace, sitting room, dining room and additional living room. We loved our stay here, and our dog also agreed it was super! 10 to 15 minute walk into the centre of town so well situated too. We really did not want to leave and we will miss that view. The only minor negatives were the steep drive which you need to negotiate with great care not to lose your exhaust, and the bath towels were a little small. Other than that absolutely fantastic and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

A lovely getaway in Cowes

We had such a wonderful week in this lovely bungalow. It is in a fantastic location five - ten minutes walk from the town centre. Well equipped with everything you might need, the accommodation was exactly as the photos. The back garden is amazing but as we stayed during Cowes week we spent most of our time admiring the boats and the view from the front. We hired electric bikes in Yarmouth, jet skied in Bembridge and go-karted near Ryde as well as doing some coastal walks all of which were great fun. Bob and Kim were really helpful and accommodating. We would thoroughly recommend staying here for the great views and location and wonderful hosts.

Wonderful!

Amazing property with beautiful views to the front over the Solent where you can watch all the boats going in and out and a stunning garden to the rear. Was kitted out with everything you need for a self catering holiday and the bottle Of wine was a lovely touch. We have already rebooked for next year.

Very comfortable, very well equipped house with stunning views in a great location!

Just back home after a fantastic stay at Parkwater. The property is spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need - and much more! Amazing views over the Solent from the front of the property (lovely to watch the ships go by) and a large, very well maintained garden to the rear with a comfortable, and nicely warm in the winter, conservatory to sit and relax with a glass (or three) of wine and watch the red squirrels coming and going every day. Perfect location too with just a short walk into Cowes for some great restaurants, shops and pubs and both a large park behind the house and long esplanade nearby for local dog walks. Easy parking as well. The steep drive was no problem at all with turning space at the top even for a big car (though you might want to practice your five point turns!). Bill (the owner) couldn’t be more helpful. His communication was excellent throughout and you can tell both he and Kim genuinely care about their guests and want them to have the best possible stay. My only (very minor) suggestion would be to replace the cutlery, crockery and glassware in the kitchen. While there is more of it than you could ever need, it’s a bit of a hotchpotch of assorted half sets and random bits which doesn’t fit in quite so well with the high quality of everything else in the house. We loved our stay at Parkwater and, now we’ve been once, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else next time we return to the Isle of Wight.

A perfect home with everything you could need

We had the most wonderful stay at this property, it’s a real home from home, every window you look out of has the most amazing view be it the sea or the beautiful garden. We have stayed in many holiday houses and this one far exceeds the others.

Beautiful , well thought out, home from home

The bungalow is in the most stunning setting. The views are breathtaking . The property is immaculate and like a home from home. The owners are fabulous and friendly , prepared to help with anything at all. Could ask for more , with the exception of better weather :-)

Superb bungalow in a beautiful setting

Loved our first visit to the IOW, helped greatly by the beautiful location and quality of this superb bungalow. After traveling around the island we felt that West Cowes was the best place to stay. With easy access to the rest of the island, you can walk to all the bars and restaurants in the town. The quality of the food in all the restaurants we ate were of a very high standard. We would definitely return to this lovely place.

This is a super holiday home, excellent position and great views

The house is very well positioned on Baring Road, only 10 mins walk from the centre of Cowes so very easy to walk down to and back from where all the action is. It's a very well appointed property with lovely gardens, all well maintained. There is a good siza patio and BBQ/dining area at the front overlooking the Solent. We also enjoyed breakfast in the living room where you can also enjoy great views through windows. It's in a super position for days out all over the IOW, easy to get to/from lots of popular destinations. We would strongly recommend this property.

Amazing property. Stunning views. Garden wonderful.

We had an fabulous holiday. The property is gorgeous. So spacious and comfortable. The views to the front of the property are amazing overlooking the Solent. The back garden is enormous and a proper suntrap. Will definitely be returning again soon.

Parkwater review

This bungalow is a real 'home from home' and must occupy one of the best sites in Cowes. It would be easy to sit and watch the busy Solent all day although the mature, enclosed garden to the rear is a delightful haven. Access to the bungalow is via a very steep drive with parking at the top and then a couple of steps into the property which is spacious and beautifully furnished. It has all the appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. We were made to feel most welcome by the owner. Bustling Cowes, with its many interesting shops, pubs and restaurants, is a short walk away down a steep hill and there are many other interesting attractions nearby. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend this property - so much so, that we will be booking up to return again next year!

Parkwater is our family holiday home and has a very relaxing feel about it. It is extremely comfortable inside and the views are to die for. You could easily spend a whole week here just watching the boats sail by the window and lounging in the garden. Cowes is just a five minute stroll away.
