Just a short walk to Clapham South tube station and moments from Clapham Common, local shops, pubs and restaurants, it’s the perfect base for families looking to enjoy both the calm of suburban London and the buzz of the city centre.

Step into the cosy sitting room, complete with armchairs, a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV, and an ornamental fireplace—ideal for relaxed evenings in. The separate dining room overlooks the garden and offers a spacious setting for family meals or doubles as a quiet workspace.
KITCHEN & GARDEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, boiling water tap, microwave, dishwasher, and a French press for your morning coffee. A door leads out to the generous patio garden with outdoor seating—a wonderful spot for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun.

The vast expanse of Clapham Common is a favourite spot for locals to lounge in the summer months, and several fabulous brunch spots skirt the out-edges of the Common.
