CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Nestled within the serene landscapes of Perthshire, Errol Park offers an exclusive retreat that marries the tranquillity of the countryside with the grandeur of a historic estate. As an award-winning wedding venue, this distinguished property is now available for holiday lettings, providing up to 40 guests with an unparalleled experience steeped in heritage and natural beauty.



The Space:

*The Estate Grounds*



Spanning 3,000 acres, Errol Park's maintained grounds and gardens are a testament to nature's splendour and the estate's commitment to conservation. In spring and summer, the estate bursts into a kaleidoscope of colours and fragrances as wildflowers come into bloom. Autumn transforms the landscape into a canvas of golden and amber hues. The estate is adorned with ancient oak and yew trees, some dating back centuries. Notably, 31 majestic Wellingtonias (Californian redwoods) line the driveway. These, along with other conifers and hardwoods, contribute to the estate's rich arboreal tapestry.​ Wildlife thrives here; native red squirrels, can often be spotted darting among the trees. Highland cows graze peacefully in adjacent fields, and horses add to the pastoral charm of the estate.​



*The Main House*



Approaching via the tree-lined drive, guests are greeted by the striking façade of Errol Park House. Designed by architect Alexander Johnston between 1875 and 1877, this Renaissance-style mansion stands as a two-story, six-bay structure. The windows are architraved and pedimented, adorned with keystones and bracketed cills, showcasing the architectural elegance of the era. ​



Inside, the grand hallway welcomes guests with an elegant double staircase, offering a perfect backdrop for memorable photographs. The ground floor boasts a spacious kitchen, a well-appointed library, a palatial drawing room, and a dining room that seats up to 32 guests and houses a grand piano. These rooms afford panoramic views of the River Tay and the surrounding rolling hills, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the landscape.​



The main house accommodates up to 20 guests across ten luxurious bedrooms on the first-floor: eight doubles and two twins. The master and green rooms, occupying the most coveted south-facing positions, offer expansive vistas of the River Tay and feature large en-suite bathrooms. The master suite further indulges with its own private drawing room. Three of the main bedrooms are furnished with super king-size beds, ensuring restful slumber. Bathrooms throughout the house provide diverse aspect views, with several featuring roll-top baths strategically placed to allow guests to soak in the scenery from all angles.​



*Additional Accommodation*



The West Wing is connected to the main house, offering additional space with its own fully equipped kitchen, featuring a traditional Aga cooker, and a comfortable lounge area with a TV and views of the garden.

Located at the rear of the main house on the first floor, the Butler’s Quarters provides:

Nestled by the walled gardens, the Potting Sheds have been newly renovated, offering a stylish and modern countryside escape. These charming accommodations feature:

- 2 Spacious Double Bedrooms (with king-size beds)

- 2 En-Suite Bathrooms

- Caretaker Assistance: A dedicated caretaker resides on-site, available to assist guests as needed while respecting their privacy. With over a decade of service to the estate, his insights and assistance enhance the guest experience.​

- Expansive Gardens: The estate's large gardens invite exploration and leisure. Guests should note that some areas are unfenced, and a fenced pond is present; children should be supervised at all times to ensure safety.​

- Luxury Touches: The dining room's grand piano invites musical interludes, while hotel-style luxury linens and provided hairdryers add to the comfort and convenience of your stay.​

Errol Park’s prime location offers guests access to a range of activities and attractions:

Please note that by booking the accommodation only, we do not allow weddings.

There is a large pond within the grounds which is not fenced, please supervise children at all times.

Please do not move furniture around when staying with us.

No candles are allowed to be used in the property during your stay. This is for insurance purposes.

Please note the booking of the house does not include the outbuildings. That is for additional hire and you can reach out directly regarding this.
