Everything is perfect if you know what you're getting into with the quarter. Both the place and Mike were great; we couldn't have asked for a better setup for our bachelor party weekend. Special note- one of our guests needed a little extra help from Mike and he came through with zero hesitation. HUGE THANKS.

Great Place Near the French Quarter

My bachelor party and I had a great time staying here. The host was extremely helpful and even left extra fans due to the hot weather. I would recommend this place.

Excellent location for groups with a responsive, helpful host

We walked to many of our events for my wife's 40th birthday -- from Frenchman's Street to the French Quarter. The space accommodated our group of 10 comfortably. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a large group

We had a large group of people in town for a bachelor party and this was exactly what we needed. There’s cool bars right down the street and you are an easy walk from bourbon and the river. The property manager Mike was very accommodating and even overnighted back some things we accidentally left. Overall very happy with our stay!

The property was very nice and clean. Very walkable to the French quarter. No washer /dryer. It is on a busy street and can be a little noisy. Nice balcony to cool off on. The court yard with a grill is nice. Overall a great place to stay.

Incredibly Generous Hosts!

First, I need to mention that our group came to town last week with the purpose of attending the Sugar Bowl. Due to the tragic events in the FQ early on NYD, the game was postponed by a day, which complicated things bc most of our group had planned to depart the morning after the original time. Our host reached out shortly after the announcement and offered to keep us at the house for an additional day at no charge. This made the decision much easier for us and most were able to revise plans to stick it out and watch the game the next day. I can't say enough about the act of kindness from our hosts which allowed us to extend our trip, enjoy some extra time in NOLA and watch our team win at the Superdome. Truly a blessing.The house itself is spacious, with 4 sizeable bedrooms, 3 full bath and a well-stocked kitchen. The balcony overlooking Rampart was a great feature (we watched NYE fireworks from there), as was the common courtyard space out back. The location was superb, with a bit of separation from FQ (more privacy, less noise), but still only three blocks from Lafittes and maybe 7-10 minutes walking to the heart of Bourbon St. Overall, it was a great & memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this property if you're coming to town with a larger group to explore the French Quarter and surrounding neighborhoods.

The property was very charming and close enough to the quarter that we typically walked everywhere. We Uber’d for dinners. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need for the stay. Cute balcony and garden area downstairs. Would stay again!

Stay was awesome!! Had all the amenities as described. Lot of room for 7 people. Just little ( lizards) creatures was annoying when returned at night, but other than that we enjoyed our stay!!!

Perfect Location for a Long Weekend in NOLA!!

I stayed at Mike's property for my bachelorette weekend in NOLA with 8 of my closest friends and we had the best time. The house allowed us ample space for sleeping and socializing. We loved the big dining room table, comfortable seating in the living room, and the deck. Mike was super helpful and kind with anything that came up during our stay. The location is centrally located - we only had to Uber once, everything else was within a 15-30 minute walk from the house!! Highly recommend. Incredible weekend!!

Nice house in great location

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house for the Super Bowl. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. 4 bedrooms is a plus! Mike couldn't be any nicer. He was responsive to all of our communications and left us water, coffee, beer & tequila. The house is located down the street from Louis Armstrong Park which makes it a little quieter than staying in the French Quarter. However, since New Orleans is so flat, we walked to everything: the French Quarter, the Superdome, Bourbon Street, the river, every bar and restaurant, and the WWII museum. I would highly recommend this house!!

Excellent location, great host

Location is a short walk from many excellent bars and restaurants in the French Quarter. The check in process was easy and the host was very accommodating.

Good stay for couples or families

The unit had great sunlight and tall ceilings. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a well equipped kitchen. There were lots of seating in the unit. Property was walkable to Bourbon street. We felt safe in the area. If weather was cooler we would have enjoyed the backyard patio more.

Perfect location

Home was lovely and in a perfect location. Walking distance to Bourbon street and the Louis Armstrong Park. Just outside the door is a stop for the hop on hop off bus, which was a plus. House is as described with plenty of space to move around and relax. With the amount of walking we did, I am so glad to booked this house in the French quarters. Host was responsive and accommodating. Thanks for everything!
