Our home is located in a quiet residential area in Methil, offering a peaceful and safe environment. The neighbourhood consists of local families, creating a welcoming atmosphere for your stay. There is free on-street parking directly outside our apartment and a free car park directly across from the property available, essential amenities such as convenience stores, takeaways, and supermarkets are within walking distance.

Our property is conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive to Leven and a 30-minute drive to Glenrothes, making it an ideal base for both leisure and work stays. Energy Park Fife & Harland and Woolf Shipyard is 0.5 miles from our home making it an ideal commute for any workers based there. Rosyth Dockyard can be reached within 30 minutes by road (22 miles), while St Andrews, famous for its historic university and world-renowned golf courses, is just a 30-minute drive away. (19 miles) Dundee, known for its thriving tech industry and the V&A Museum, is also within easy reach, approximately 45 minutes by car. (30 miles)
