CASA PARADISO is a flat located in the historic Villa Rivolta, a recently renovated 18th century villa located along the main road of the lake, in the renowned village of Tremezzo.

CASA PARADISO consists of a large living area with sofa bed, TV area and air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with double bed + sofa bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a utility room with washer-dryer.
A shared lake-view swimming pool (not heated) with seasonal opening from 1 June to 30 September and a large park of 2000 square metres with trees.
The flat can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to the 2 sofa beds, it is equipped with Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, air conditioning and a large private garage for 1 car.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGCASA PARADISO can be easily reached by public transport as the bus and boat stops are just a few metres from the flat, and it is also accessible by car, as it has a private garage for 1 car. Other paid public car parks are a few metres from the flat, and free public car parks are available 500-700 metres away.TREMEZZO & SURROUNDINGSCASA PARADISO is located in Tremezzo, a charming and renowned municipality on the western shore of Lake Como. Its location offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains, making it an ideal destination for tourists wishing to discover the natural and historical beauty of the area. One of the most famous features of Tremezzo is Villa Carlotta, among the most famous villas on Lake Como. The village of Tremezzo has a quiet and picturesque atmosphere, with narrow streets, quiet little squares and houses in the warm colours typical of Lombard architecture. The lakeside promenade is ideal for strolling, with spectacular views of Lake Como, the mountains and the historic villas dotting the shoreline. Tremezzo is also famous for its gastronomic traditions, with local restaurants and trattorias offering typical Lombard dishes. There is a grocery shop and butcher's shop 50 metres from the flat, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.
A bus and boat stop is 50 metres from the flat. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour's drive away.
