3 Night Minimum in the off season

This classic low-country coastal home is the perfect getaway for the family! Featuring a fully equipped and updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and fresh paint, open living and dining space with updated furnishings, central H/VAC, cable TV in living room, DVD/VCR, internet/wifi, full size washer/dryer, coffee pot maker, 2 wonderful screened in porches with rockers, covered parking, access to a private creek dock, outside showers and of course - beautiful ocean front views and sunsets over the creek! Bedding accommodations include one queen, one double & one twin, third bedroom has one double & one twin, fourth bedroom has a queen, and the fifth has a double. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated with fresh paint, new furnishings and decor along with luxury vinyl flooring! Need more than five bedrooms? See if McInnes 764 is available right next door!

Reviewer Comments: Firstly, we have been coming to Pawleys for over 50 years and of all the companies we have rented from, Tidelife has the friendliest, most helpful staff. The house was in a great location and we had a super week. Only minor issue we had was kitchen could have been stocked with better quality pots, pans and utensils. We will definitely rent from Tidelife in the future. Refreshing to get smiles and friendly people when picking up and dropping off key, or for questions by phone.

However, McInnes 762 was available so we were able to book this one for this year. Both are excellent for family vacations. The location can’t be beat and the staff at Tidelife are easy to work with. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying here and it is wonderful every year! Tidelife Rentals and the whole staff are amazing. I can’t recall ever having any issues but if we did, they were always taken care of. There are so many good restaurants and stores around that have everything you would ever need. We have the beach to play on in the front and a pier the guys can fish on in the back. We’ve already booked for next year!!

Full Family Affair

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has always rented 764 and then as my grams got older we changed to 762. This year we had enough family to rent out both cottages. We had a great time as always. We are a bit nolstalgic for how the cottages use to be decorated but the cosmetic updates do give it a nice fresh feel. The cleaners could have done a better job prior to our arrivale we found several old cans and personal items from prior guest in odd places around the home. The kitchen needs a better organization. And it seems as if items had been misplaced between the homes. One would have 4 pie plates while the other would have none.

The only suggestion I would make is that the fridge is in need of updating on this unit. While having through the door ice on demand isn't make or break it is certainly a nice to have option.

Wonderful week

Updated clean beachfront home on south tip of Pawleys Island. Amazing view of both oceans and inlet. Home and amenities as advertised. Lenny of room for out of 6 adults and 3 kids. The management company provides chairs as part of the rental deal. Only issue is that the beds need to have better mattresses or at least mattress pads for more comfort. Overall rating a 5 +.

We Love To Stay Here!

We love that we are on the beach and also on the inlet where we can kayak. Our neighbors enjoyed the fishing, as well. When you are here, you don't ever have to leave unless it's going to the store or for a nice dinner out. Our whole family loves it!

Awesome family get away

We loved Pawley’s Island and this house was a perfect location: south end of island, very quiet, amazing sun rises and sets. Layout was perfect and kitchen well equipped. Loved all three puzzles in the closet! Only two recommendations are better mattresses and a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

Best Family Vacation

From the beautiful sunrises over the ocean to the most incredible sunsets over the inlet. The house was clean and very well stocked. The flow of the house was roomy and comfortable for our 7 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian kicked us out a little early but the rental staff kept us well informed and was always very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great Week

Our family enjoyed our week in Pawleys Island. The house was clean and arranged for great traffic flow! Only suggestion is that the washing machine needs to be a tad bit quieter!
