Wonderful 2nd row location facing the ocean approximately 80 steps away and a quick walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean from the brand new screened in, rocking chair front porch. Our home is close to everything - - beach, marsh, shopping, lots of fun stuff! Great for families, couples, golfers, and business travel. You may never want to leave!

* Minutes from shopping, attractions and super restaurants; yet almost at end of a dead end road so you feel miles away!
* Smoking not allowed on any porch, under house, or in yard. Any smoking odor or paraphernalia will be charged an additional fee.
* Must be at least 25 years of age to rent and reside on property for duration of stay

Final notes:
1) Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Absolutely NO third party rentals which is grounds for immediate eviction with no return of monies paid
2) Rates are set annually in November for the following year. For example, January-December, 2023 rates will be set in November, 2022.
3) Security cameras overlook driveway and backyard. Disconnecting or covering security cameras is grounds for immediate eviction.

Please consider purchasing independent trip insurance (typically less than $70) for the chance that if something were to happen and you were not to be able to stay or had to leave early, your trip costs are covered.
