Stowaway Cottage is a modern Holiday Home sleeping 4 guests situated in the perfect spot within the old town of Padstow and enjoys allocated parking for 2 vehicles.

A cosy comfortable property with open-plan living/dining area which includes log burner as well as underfloor heating as well as benefitting from a large rear enclosed patio.

The cottage is located within just 300 yards of the harbour town of Padstow in North Cornwall with a great variety of amenities, restaurants and shops and various activities for all the family.

The coastline surrounding Padstow has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and many of Cornwall's finest bays are within a five mile radius - which are popular with walkers and bird watchers.

Standard Changeover day is SATURDAY

Fully fitted contemporary Kitchen fully equipped for a self catering stay with benefit underfloor heating.

Downstairs WC - with Utility area.

The Living Area is situated at the rear of the property and enjoys underfloor heating with 2 two seater sofas, Smart TV - with Free view and DVD player. Log Burner and french doors to the patio garden.

The Dining Area has table and chairs for 6, high-chair and fridge/freezer with window to the front of the property.

Stairs to the first floor.

Bedroom 1 - king-size bed and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers.

Family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over.

Outside:

To the Rear - Secluded patio garden with garden table and furniture.

To the Front - Large allocated parking space to front of property.

Bedding: Bed linen and towels included.

Electricity and Heating included in Rental.

Changeover Day - Saturday.

Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
