Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.

6) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.

7) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

8) For Uber/Lyft/Door dash or other similar services: Drivers will need to provide a photo identification and proof of requested service to gain access to the community.

PARKING
Please note, parking is limited inside the Community. We must ensure that the roads, driveways and parking spaces are in accordance with the Community, State and Local Guidelines. Champions Gate Club Management reserve the right to tow, at the owners expense, any vehicles that violates these regulations without any prior warning.
• Parking on the grass or yard is not permitted.
• Please do not block any fire hydrants in the community. All vehicles parked in the driveway, must do so without blocking sidewalks for pedestrian access.
• When parking on the street, please be mindful of blocking traffic.
• Please make sure that you are not blocking any home's driveway or sidewalks. Make sure you leave enough room for other vehicles to easily pass through street.
• Please be mindful of the traffic rules and posted speed limits inside the community.
• Trailers, Buses, Recreational Vehicles are not permitted inside the Champions Gate community.

THE OASIS CLUB:
• Each person coming to the Oasis Club must be issued a wristband that is to be worn while at the Club. Guest's will not be allowed into the Oasis Club without it. All guests will need to provide a photo or actual gate access pass with valid dates to obtain your wristbands.
• Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the Oasis.
• For Kosher dietary needs, there is a kosher food truck and covered tent that you may use to eat meals white at The Oasis Club.
• All guests must follow the Club and Community's rules and regulations white at the Oasis Club. Failure to follow Club rules and directions from club staff could result in a suspension of Club usage privileges.
