Rosy 1 Luxury Villa is a stylish two-level retreat that effortlessly combines contemporary design, comfort, and privacy with easy access to some of Crete’s top attractions. Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from one of Crete’s largest waterparks (open may to october)and a short drive from the vibrant resort town of Hersonissos, the villa offers the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion and proximity to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife.
Accommodating up to eight guests, Rosy 1 features three elegant bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor, guests will find a bright, open-plan living space complete with a cozy fireplace, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for eight. This level also includes a serene double bedroom with its own veranda and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, two more thoughtfully designed bedrooms await, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, sharing a spacious, sunlit bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony, allowing guests to enjoy calming views and abundant natural light. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, and the villa features air conditioning throughout and high-speed Wi-Fi for total convenience.
