Welcome to Apartment Ivy - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!

Decorated throughout in 2024 to a high standard and featuring NEW bathroom, carpets and bed this is a lovely apartment for a short or long break.

Off the hallway is a refreshed bathroom with walk in shower and a spacious bedroom with comfy double bed, new carpet and smart tv and lots of storage.

In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a newly replaced oven, induction hob and washing machine. Along with a full size dish washer, microwave, air-fryer and Tassimo coffee machine - plus plenty of cookware for family breaks.

The lounge area features a Smart TV with large comfy sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use by a third & fourth guest.”

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
