This cozy studio is furnished in traditional Tyrolean style, designed to offer you a relaxing and comfortable holiday in the heart of the Dolomites.
Though it's a studio, the living and sleeping areas are partially separated by a partition. The sleeping area features a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. In the living area, you’ll find a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and direct access to the furnished panoramic terrace.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your holiday in Val Gardena: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.
The south-facing terrace is the real highlight of this apartment, offering stunning views over Ortisei and the surrounding Dolomites. Furnished for outdoor dining and sunbathing, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the alpine scenery.

Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.
Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.
Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card.
Heating and Air Conditioning Usage (If available): Heating is operational from October to April but will not be activated if external temperatures exceed 15°C or internal temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Air conditioning is operational from June to September but will not be activated if external temperatures fall below 25°C or internal temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.
Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.
Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.
Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
