Ground floor:
1 bedroom, 1 guest toilet and laundry room. ( 1 double bed (180cm) and 1 sofa bed)

Upper floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 guest toilet and 1 bathroom. (3 double beds (180 cm) and 1 sofa)

Top floor:
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. (1 double bed and 1 sofa.)

Floors have separate entrances, meaning that parts of your group can have privacy, if needed. Property is on a distance of only 25 minutes to Split. Trogir is 8 minutes away. Nearest Market is "Studenac", 400 meters away. Closest Cafe and Restaurant are just 1 minute away.

Other things to note

There is a discount if you make a reservation for 14 nights or more.

Due to bad past experience with young large groups of friends, such groups are not accepted if they are under 21 years old. This holiday home is more suited for families, couples, business trips.

Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends, depending on the month. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!
