The property sleeps up to 7 guests with a king, double and single room upstairs, and a double sofa bed downstairs. All the rooms share a spacious bathroom on the first floor with a shower and a separate bath. You'll also find a loo downstairs.
For those in the city for work, there is a dedicated desk in the study just off the dining room.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the house, garden/patio and street parking adjacent to the property.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home is tucked away on a quiet street in Redland, one of Bristol’s best neighbourhoods. You’re in the prime spot to enjoy all that this vibrant city has to offer, and best yet, it’s all reachable on foot! From Clifton's iconic suspension bridge to Brunel's SS Great Britain, Bristol is a city bustling with history. Not only has it been named the happiest city in the UK and a top food destination, but it’s also been hailed as Britain’s first Green Capital.
Whiteladies Road in Clifton is a few minutes walk away and has many cafes, restaurants and a Saturday morning farmer’s market. Gloucester Road nearby features Europe’s longest street of independent businesses and plenty of pubs and restaurants. If you want a beautiful sunset walk, Clifton Down is 5 mins walk away.
Stroll alongside the harbour, hopping in and out of art galleries, coffee shops and the renowned M Shed Museum. Or enjoy a bite to eat in the unique Wapping Wharf - this cultural quarter boasts eateries and independent shops all housed in refurbished shipping containers. In summer, there’s nothing better than sitting on the water’s edge and soaking up the lively atmosphere of this vibrant city.
With so many different neighbourhoods to explore, you can spend days exploring Bristol’s city centre. Wander through Stokes Croft to see colourful graffiti by Bristol-born Banksy, or admire the beautiful Georgian architecture in Clifton. With its charming village feel, this is a place you can just sit and watch the world go by.
During August, head over to Ashton Court to experience the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, where hundreds of hot-air balloons fill the sky. You can enjoy it from all over the city, but a spot on The White Lion’s alfresco terrace will give you a front-row seat. If you fancy a taste of the countryside, walk over the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge and over to Ashton Court Estate, where you’ll find the resident deer.
With countless independent bars, coffee shops and restaurants to try, as well as offering easy access to Bath (thirty minutes away by car) and the surrounding Somerset countryside, Bristol’s creativity and spirit make it one of the UK’s most loved cities.

Getting Around:
The house is well-suited so you can spend the majority of your trip exploring on foot. Redland does have a small station with a regular train that runs between Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach. It stops off in Clifton Down, as well as Montpelier and Easton. There are also plenty of local buses that you can catch from Whiteladies Road, which will take you all around the city and beyond to Bath. For those travelling entirely by public transport, Bristol Temple Meads has regular train links all across the country, from London Paddington right up to Glasgow and down to Penzance.
For those who do drive, we can provide on-street parking for £5/day. If you have an additional vehicle, there is free parking on the surrounding streets after 5 pm and on weekends, as well as metered pay and display parking. Free parking can also be found at Clifton Down and Westbury Park - around 10-15 minute walk, depending on where you park.
Other Things to Note:
A security camera is fitted to the front of the property and rear courtyard. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs on the condition they are kept off sofas and beds, not left in the property alone and any mess cleaned up in the garden. There is an additional fee of £20/dog. This is a residential area of terraced houses which are close to each other. So please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Speakers can't be used outside on the patio.
