A delightful getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a warm welcome and a special treat on arrival for our 25th wedding anniversary - a bottle of champagne and a number of additional delights to tuck into - many thanks. An ideal place to stay if visiting Bath. Highly recommend.

Overall a good experience at the property driven primarily by close location to Bath City center and walkable neighborhood amenities (2 grocery stores, deli, bakery & 2 x inns). It didn't totally have a negative impact our stay however our main feedback is the property is in need of an interior refresh throughout.

Spacious and comfortable cottage

Well presented and equipped property. It's well located for the town, easy to access the A4/M4 and off road parking is a real benefit. Vito's welcome pack really made the stay for us and the property is great value.

Perfect property for stay in Bath

Cosy little cottage in a quiet street. Walking distance to the centre of Bath. Clean. Small supermarket near by and well as a good pub, deli etc. Host - very responsice.

comfortable, cosy, everything that we needed

We were all very impressed with the cottage. Would definitely recommend staying here. Close to the local shops and pubs, but tucked away from any main roads making it a quiet haven. An interesting 20 minute walk into the city centre. Therefore no further need to use the car all week.

Beautiful place to stay and relax

A hidden gem in Bath, quiet peaceful location and off street parking too. a wonderful welcome awaited us .perfect location just a short stroll into Bath for sight seeing, Vitos home had everything you required to make your stay comfortable , it was home from home and nothing was too much trouble for him , great communication from the time we booked to the time we left. He even called to see how we were getting on . We would highly recommend this hidden gem for a great stay , a pure delight to stay here.so calming and relaxing .

Lovely big lounge

We're Aussies so loved the bungalow. Tight driveway but just be careful. Very helpful neighbour when we got a puncture, and very responsive host. TV was on the blink but Vito fixed that by getting a brand new one quickly. Lounge suite could do with an update. Appreciated the portable clothes line.

Wonderful stay in Bath at Vito's house

We had a wonderful stay at Vito’s house in Bath. The place was extremely quiet and the location was great - close to a bus stop that takes you right into town. The private parking spot was essential as parking in the area is near impossible. The house was large, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the generous welcome “basket” of food. Vito stopped by to say hello and to answer any questions we had. He was easy to contact and very thoughtful - when I left an item at his house he was kind enough to send it to us at a later London address. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bath and would happily stay here again.

Lovely Location for Bath

We were a family of five staying at this lovely coach house. The beds were comfortable, we had a welcome of mixed fresh fruit, cookies, wine, milk and bread, which was a lovely surprise. Vito (the owner) couldn't do enough for us and was very helpful, a lovely man. I would highly recommend the Lambridge Coach House with its ease of access to Bath town centre and its sites. The courtyard garden was lovely in the recent hot weather as quite shaded. There is a local Co-op and McColls which is a two minute walk from the property. Recommend the Rose and Crown for brunch in Larkhall, and also a meal at Browns in town by the Abbey where we had a fantastic meal and also lunch at The Ivy!!

The Coachouse

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable and comfortable stay for the occasion of our sons wedding. on entering the property my wife exclaimed oh wow this is wonderful. it certainly disappoint us. everything we wanted was there and only 10 mins on the bus to the city centre. the bus service was so good we hardly used our car. Vito is a great guy nothing was too much trouble. we will definatly stay here again when we visit the area again.

Lovely stay in Bath

We stayed for a half term week as a family of four. The house had everything we needed: comfortable beds, warm, well stocked kitchen, ample living space. The location was fab - really useful to have off street parking and only a 20 min walk from town, either through the streets with beautiful houses/views, or along the river/canal. I think parking in Bath is very difficult, so being so close was great. I think there are also lots of buses, but we enjoy walking, so didn't use them. Vito was a great host - there were fruit and essentials and treats left for us when we arrived and communication with him was easy. He was very helpful and responsive. Lovely place to stay

This property was lovely, bright and clean, and very inviting, set in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I, along with our two grown children, were looking for lodging in Bath with three bedrooms. This worked very well for us. It is located a bit outside of town, about a mile, but we found it walkable and enjoyed browsing the shops and eateries along the route. The bus stop is only a couple of blocks from the house and was easy to use. Our host Vito was so lovely, he came in person to visit with us after we had settled in. There were some items of food and drink waiting for us when we arrived, and it was a perfect welcome for hungry travelers. A pleasant surprise was to find the property has a second shower, in one of the bedrooms. Although there was only one toilet for four adults we were able to make it work just fine. This turned out to be a great fit for our family, and we would be happy to stay there again.

We are a family from Spain,with two teenagers girls...we have spent a week in the Coach house..a great home,exactly like the photos,the house had everything that you need...and Vito was a fantastic person..when we arrived we had a welcome basket with typical Bath items.The house is in a relaxing and quiet place,with small supermarket and cosy pub near and a big one not too far.You can walk to the center of Bath(the city is really beautiful!),the walk is about 20 mins. I really recommened the house,the city and the places around Bath if you have a car...Wonderful!!!... Vito recommended us some fantastic excursions and things to do..he is a good person and very kind...thankyou Vito for some unforgettable holidays,Vito!..We will return,for sure!

Gut geeignet als Familienunterkunft.

Insgesamt sehr gute Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Der Vermieter ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns mit einem Willkommenspaket aus Prosecco, Obstkorb und ein paar Grundnahrungsmitteln überrascht. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Küche. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an ein paar Stellen hätte die Sauberkeit etwas besser sein können. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.
