Located in the heart of Empuriabrava’s lively commercial area, just 125 meters from the beach, this welcoming apartment complex offers a perfect balance of convenience and Mediterranean charm. Surrounded by colorful gardens and flowers typical of the Costa Brava, the complex is composed of several three-story buildings, providing a peaceful yet central setting near the town’s famous canals and marina. Guests can enjoy the comfort of modern facilities, ideal for family holidays, couples, or small groups looking for relaxation close to the sea.

Each exterior apartment, starting from 36 m², is designed for comfort and functionality. Units feature one, two, or three double bedrooms, a bright living room with two sofa beds, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and kitchenware. Guests will also find a full bathroom, a complete linen room, air conditioning and heating, a 30-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, and a large furnished terrace for outdoor dining or relaxation. Daily housekeeping and linen service ensure a pleasant stay, with Wi-Fi available throughout the complex.

The property offers a wide range of amenities for all ages, including four outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, a buffet restaurant “El Racó,” and a cafeteria with a terrace lounge and bar. Optional services include private outdoor or indoor parking, baby cots, and pet accommodation with restrictions. Guests can also choose meal plans ranging from breakfast to full board.
