Esta casa de campo única de dos pisos, tres habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños (dúplex) ofrece más de 1,700 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y un amplio porche.

Encontrará una amplia sala de estar, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada con mostrador de desayuno, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, encimeras de granito, microondas, lavaplatos y área de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay un gran porche trasero con muchos asientos al aire libre.

Además de las áreas de estar principales hay tres dormitorios. La suite principal tiene un baño principal grande con bañera de jardín, ducha cerrada con mampara de vidrio y tocador doble. Arriba encontrarás dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Otras características incluyen un baño y medio adyacente a la sala de estar, techos abovedados, ventiladores de techo, calefacción central y aire acondicionado, y muchas áreas de almacenamiento.

Great property, peaceful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique on the Gulf never disappoints. This was our 2nd stay on the property, but new to Blue Skies cottage. It was a beautifully maintained cottage with everything you needed. Only negative in our experience was the housekeeping. One bed had soiled linens and the kitchen floor was not the cleanest.

Blue Skies

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor was beautiful at this duplex. The location is right near the main flow of traffic, so you see and hear cars etc. The golf cart is gas (not electric like most) and smells awful, so they provided us a replacement, which we were grateful. There are no sand toys, chairs, umbrellas like most rentals, so make sure to keep this in mind. Overall, we love Martinique. We will be back!

While some of our homes do come equipped with items such as beach chairs and umbrellas, not all do, so please be sure to read the full description of the property you are interested in. AMAZING place to stay on the Gulf Coast!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was beautifully maintained and so welcoming! 5 adults stayed here and it was perfect, we never felt crowded, everything was so spacious. The house is the first one on the right when you enter the property so that was a nice surprise, but it also means we were the farthest house from the beach, which isn’t far at all. Especially with the golf cart that comes with the house!! Only about a 3 min ride to the beach and maybe around 10 min walk if you’re strolling (which I recommend you do because the grounds are beautiful)! The whole neighborhood is quiet, very peaceful, and such a good place to renew the mind. House had all the amenities we could need, everything worked perfectly and we always felt safe and at home. Would absolutely come back for another stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Blue Skies and LOVED it!! If the calendar for next year was already open I would have booked for next year already. The beach was not crowded despite it being a holiday weekend, which was so very nice. The cottage was incredibly clean and had absolutely everything you could need...EXCEPT, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, paper towels, Kleenex, and more than one trash bag, more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I will for sure pack all those items next time.

Blue Skies at Martinique on the Gulf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked into Blue Skies on 5.19.2022 and checked out on 5.29.2022. It rained almost every day except for the last two days - which was still fine with us. The Blue Skies property was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. IMPORTANT to us - beds were super comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was GREAT!!! This was our second time to Martinique - we stayed in a condo the last time, and loved that too! The property is beautiful, the beach is beautiful. Super quiet and out of the way! Our boys utilized the workout facility and the pool there and they loved both. So handy to have a golf cart to get to the beach and back. We will be back!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth time there visiting your resort!! Although blue skies was a nice home we did not care at all for the location. It was not private with the traffic right next-door, coming and going most of the day and evening.!! The TV location was not good because it was in cased in a cabinet, which made the sound very inferior and plus it was small.! Other than that we love the place. Thank you for sharing your property.Oh forgot, the bed was too tall for us short people, you need to offer a stool!😊

Blue Skies review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fine, except for the cleaning. Initially the cleaning look fine, but we discovered areas that was poorly cleaned. the Mid Stay cleaning only took one hour and two minutes to complete. It takes longer than that to clean a three bedroom two and one half bathroom location. Mopping the bathroom and kitchen floor consisted of spraying a cleanser on the floor and then standing on a bath towel and scooting around with their feet to wipe up the spray. Just run a vacuum cleaner on the rest of the floors either carpet or title. Moved no furniture to cleans under that, no dusting and didn't clean the appliances except wiping off the front. As far as we are concerned the cleaning was totally not worth the money we are being charged and the Mid stay cleaningis useless. We do a better job of keeping it clean than the cleaning people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation! The cottage was decorated so cute! We had a baby with us, and in the closet was a pack-n-play and a high chair. There was also a canopy tent available to use. The only thing we noticed was there were not enough towels. We had to do quite a bit of laundry. Other than that, we had a great experience and will be back next year!
