Esta encantadora villa de dos pisos, 2 dormitorios y 2-1 / 2 ba��os ofrece cerca de 1,591 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, dos porches, un balcón y un conveniente garaje para un auto completo con carrito de golf.

En la planta baja encontrará una amplia sala de estar, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada con desayunador, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, microondas, lavavajillas y ��rea de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Además de las áreas de vida principales de la planta baja, encontrará un medio ba����������o, así como un gran porche trasero con acceso desde la cocina. También puede acceder al garaje desde la cocina donde encontrar�� una gran cantidad de área de almacenamiento, equipo de playa (enfriador, sillas, colchonetas, etc.), una parrilla de gas, así como una cocina al aire libre (con surtido de ollas) que puede ser utilizado para todas sus necesidades de cocina exterior. (Mariscos, Cigalas, Pescado, Turquía, etc.) Recuerde consultar sobre el uso de las bicicletas de Lagniappe (cascos provistos y requeridos).

Arriba, descubrirá la suite principal y la habitación de invitados adicional. The houses are neatly tucked away in a closed area. The house itself was great with every amenity needed for home life and the beach. The area by the beach was perfect and secluded. The whole place was a wonderful vacation and we will be back again.

We were so pleased with how clean and bright the house was, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back screened-in porch and patio quickly became our favorite spots for relaxing. The inclusion of the golf cart was a fantastic bonus, making trips to the beach and pool super easy and enjoyable. The house was comfortably furnished and had a great vibe. We definitely had a memorable and positive stay here!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated nicely, there was plenty of room for us 4, and the kitchen had everything one would need in it. However, the master bed was beyond uncomfortable to the point we contemplated leaving early from lack of sleep & body aches. We used the washer & dryer and several of our clothing items has brownish black streaks on them after laundering them.

Among the dozens of properties our family has rented, we’ve dealt with many “surprises”- deceptive photos, broken appliances, inconvenient locations, misleading descriptions... PEACEFUL SHORE is the first in many years to deliver in every category and then some!This was our first time vacationing on the Fort Morgan side of Gulf Shores, and commuting to the center of GS for restaurants/shopping was our only (mild) concern; it NEVER felt like a “commute” and really made for more fond memories as we enjoyed the sights and scenery during our peaceful drive along Fort Morgan Rd (SR-180).Peaceful Shore is truly a home. The abundant kitchen supplies, the floats and bikes, the FABULOUS GOLF CART, the comfortable beds, the inviting living room and screen porch... even the Lilypad Toad Choir went from noticeable to a comforting serenade each night. We loved meeting other travelers at the pool (we tended towards the beach-front pool but both pools were beautiful), and a sense of camaraderie and kindness among the community came through in each interaction. Speaking of community, the guards working the gate were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and made us feel like we belonged. One feature that brought us a joy-filled bonus was admiring the world-class photography and artwork throughout the Peaceful Shore property. Spending time in the home of a masterful artist and being surrounded by the artist’s beautiful work was a one-of-a-kind experience that we will never forget. I found myself looking up his photography after our trip and spent an entire afternoon enjoying the breathtaking wildlife and environments he has captured. What a special family this must be! The house was very spacious and clean. Neighborhood was very quiet. The golf cart was a bonus!

We found it convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was in a great location with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and tranquility of the neighborhood. We also enjoyed of being able to take the bikes or the golf cart. The beach was very nice. The only thing my mother-in-law’s comment was that on the warning sign to look out for gators and snakes, rats were never mentioned 🤣🤣. Definitely will go back.

Sadly Dissapointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst place we have stayed in at Martinique. It advertised that it slept 6 and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, it was literally box springs. The refrigerator did not work and we lost about 200.00 worth of groceries. The wagon in the garage to haul our stuff to the beach was also broken and could not be used. Shawna did a great job getting the refrigerator replaced and did have a blow up mattress for the sleeper sofa. The pool area and pool itself was very dirty this year, which is a first. The maintenance guy came in the morning to replace a filter and left the tempature set at 85. We walked into a very hot house and could not get it to cool down before bedtime. I saw the maintenance guy smoking in the golf cart as you enter the pool. It seems that this once beautiful vacation destination that we have loved for the past seven years is deteriorating from lack of care. Shawna does a great job with problems and I would like to thank her for her quick actions in taking care of our problems. I would suggest that the owners keep their places in better shape.

Lovely Lagniappe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. From the pools to the beach, we enjoyed the water every day. Lagniappe accommodated our family of five very well. We were comfortable and felt at home. Our only complaint is that there was no way to recycle.
