Villa Mercedes is a charming property located near the village of San Augustin, in a strategic position, 4 km from San José and 20 km from the center of Ibiza.

The 300 m2 property can accommodate up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

This beautiful home is surrounded by nature and offers a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with loungers and several relaxation areas where you can relax.

Outside there is also a large teak table that seats up to 16 people for delicious outdoor lunches surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden with citrus, almond and fig trees.

Inside, the rooms and environments are developed on ground level.

The main house has a well-equipped kitchen with dining room and fireplace, followed by a comfortable and spacious pantry with two refrigerators, washing machine, dishwasher and closet.

This area of ??the villa has access to three large terraces with a wonderful sea view.

Also here we find the first two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

In the guest house, however, also equipped with a living area with TV and a dining area, there are the other three double bedrooms, two with king size beds, all with private bathrooms.

Villa Mercedes is ideal for those who are looking for a place to relax in total privacy.

All beaches on the West Coast are within a maximum radius of 10 km. Cala Tarida, where you will find our local offices, is located 5 minutes by car.

Rental rules:
The minimum stay is 7 days.
In July and August it is possible to arrive only on Saturdays
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
