Villa Bel Prato is an exclusive property with private swimming pool situated halfway between Modica and Scicli, late baroque towns of the Noto Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage.
The villa is set in a tranquil, sunny, panoramic location, it is surrounded by a lush garden with aromatic and ornamental plants and boasts large terraces, a beautiful lawn and a stunning heated saltwater pool with hydro-massage jets.

The interior of the villa includes a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower.

On the first floor of the villa there is an independent flat, which is occupied by the owners during low and middle season (and is kept vacant in high season).

The villa is provided with all comforts and amenities such as: wi-fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sonos system, ice maker and coffee machine. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 13/06/26 to 28/08/26 arrival day on Saturday from 25 July to 21 August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms midweek (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.

Additional notes:
During low and middle season, the first floor of the villa is occupied by the owners. The swimming pool and wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower) are for the exclusive use of guests.
To use the sauna and turkish bath it is necessary to inform the keyholder on the spot 2 hours in advance.
