Overview
Villa Aziz is located in Donnalucata, Sicily. This semi-detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps

Villa Aziz is divided into the main building and the annex. The main
building has two floors. On the first floor, there is a large dining
area with a fireplace, the kitchen with access to the terrace. There is

On the ground floor, there is a 1 double bedroom with A/C, 1 twin
bedroom with A/C, 1 double bedroom with A/C and direct access to the
pergola. There are also 2 family bathrooms with a shower on this ground
floor. In the annex, there is an open-plan large living room with a
double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a small bathroom with a shower.
There is also 1 double bedroom with A/C and en suite bathroom with a
shower.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Additional Information

The municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount
is set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights .
Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid
upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
