Located on the west coast of Mallorca, Villa Welcome is a beautiful property immersed in the nature but close the villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles, just few km away, with a great sea view.
Outside the villa features a 15 mt heated pool, a nice garden and a spacious deck with sunbeds and umbrellas,a table tennis, a covered dining area with table and chairs, also a BBQ is available to prepare meals together.

The interiors are spacious and warm and guests can enjoy the living room with the fireplace, sofas and the flat TV with Sky , games consoles and books, a dining room with a second fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Welcome offers 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms , hairdryer, telephone, laptop size safe, portable Bose mini speakers , bathrobes, products for toiletry , International plug sockets and USB connections ,torch, one set of GHD straighteners
Two room has double beds and measures 28 m2, the other two measures 22mq one with a double bed, the other with two single (beds can be joined together).

This estate offer the chance to have Catering service (full board) daily breakfast and lunch/dinner for 6 nights, during the stay, all drinks are included in the service.
It’s possible also the use the food shipping service, directly at home for a fee of €50,00 or call a private chef for a unique dinner in the Villa with a pre booking request (from 75 euros per guest - min 8 guests ).

Close to the Villa it can be used a tennis court with raquets and balls, complete the property a big car parking.
