Located in the old town of Bergur, Casa Jhonny has a beautiful sea view, it was built in 2010, in a 600m2 plot is the ideal place to spend an holiday in the nature close to the sea.

The style is contemporary, with all the comfort s and home automation systems will guarantee you all the comforts.
Outside a big grass garden hosts the swimming pool with the terrace and verandas to enjoy the sunny days, there are also a table with chairs for al -fresco dinners and relaxing sofas. The guest will find also the barbecue and an outdoor shower.

By the large glass windows we access to the living room with a beautiful fireplace, sofas and the dining area with table and chairs,separated by a massive dome-shaped cover the equipped kitchen where to prepare tasty meals and breakfasts.

Casa Jhonny can accommodate 8 person in 4 bedrooms, divided as follow:
Suite with a double bed, Jacuzzi tub, wc and shower, the sea view is spectacular
Room 2 has a double bed and share the bathroom with wc and shower with Room 3, this room has a king size bed plus a baby crib and a sofa bed.
Room 4 is located in a separated building with a nice view on the pool, it has a double bed and a bathroom with wc and shower.

This property is well equipped to satisfy all your needs, there is the TV, the washing machine and dryer, the heater, the wi fi connection and the air conditioning.
It is also available a parking for 4 cars.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
