Lovely 3 Bedroom Royal Westmoreland Rental With Access To The Estate Facilities
This lovely holiday rental is ideally located overlooking the pond in the Forest Hills cluster within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Estate. It creates a tranquil atmosphere with views over the pond and through to the Caribbean Sea beyond and is the perfect spot to spend your Barbados holiday.
The main house is set over two floors and features the open plan living and dining area upstairs, with a kitchen and an expansive outdoor patio that features sun loungers and outdoor dining. Two bedrooms are downstairs and both feature en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, air conditioning, and patios to the private garden space.
The third bedroom is located within a stand-alone cottage to the east side of the property and features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. An excellent space for guests travelling with two groups or parents.
Guests staying here have access to all the benefits Royal Westmoreland has to offer including golf, tennis, a bar, a restaurant, and the beach club at Mullins Beach, which is a short drive away.
Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper twice weekly.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily amenity fee of BBD $20 (US$10) per person for all guests staying on the estate. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes. Guests who choose not to use the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available—the amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access. Please note that children under 16 years old are exempt from the daily amenity fee.
