This one bedroom, one bath wood view condo in the renovated Navigator Building in the Landmark resort has endless amenities! Within a mile of the Egg Harbor Beach and just over two miles to downtown Egg Harbor, you are in the heart of what makes Door County amazing! The Landmark resort has everything you would want in a vacation resort; three outdoor pools, a hot tub/sauna in each building, an indoor pool in the main building along with a gym, business center and breakfast area. What else would you need? This condo is renovated and includes a King Size Bed in the bedroom and couch in the living room, tiled floors, carpeting and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain family and friends. Step just outside your condo to the outdoor pool during the summer months...a short walk downstairs to the hot tub or across the parking lot to the Charthouse Building for the indoor pool in the winter months. Our end unit condo on the first floor makes access to the exit, outdoor pools and grilling area steps away! The award winning Carrington Restaurant is also a short walk and is open year round with delicious food, a cozy bar area and even karaoke on Saturday nights!

Landmark amenities- onsite restaurant and bar, 3 outdoor pools, hot tub/steam room in each building, breakfast area, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, playgrounds, shuffle board, walking paths. Our condo is adults only.

40th anniversary stay

property was nice. the hot tub in our building was down which was a bummer. the unit we had could use a few more cooking utensils. As well as salt and pepper shakers.

All the comforts of home

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was very clean and just as you see it on the listing. The property of the resort is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of Lake Michigan on the backside of the building and nestled among the trees. We enjoyed the hot tub right in the building and had the entire thing to ourselves. In January, many of the restaurants and shops are closed in Door County. We found just enough open to keep us busy. I look forward to staying here again next year!

Weekend getaway

The condo was very nice!! The owners were very nice to work with and understanding in a situation that arose when we originally booked. Great location!! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful relaxing stay

This is our third year at the Landmark for Thanksgiving. It is such a cozy suite. We have enjoyed our stays and would recommend it.

Off Season Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was not big, but just what my husband and I needed for the two of us. We wanted to spend time just relaxing, so spent a lot of time there. The resort shows its age, but the condo itself has been updated. Our biggest issue was the resort did not know we were coming and the place was not clean. Housekeeping was gone for the day, so we couldn’t stay the first night. Since it was the off season they had a room available, we were still able to stay onsite and they did not charge us, but it was not convenient. We had to pack everything back up and move to a new building and go through the check in process all over again the next morning. Pros: -good price -great views and secluded property -overall things were clean -small kitchen available for use -king bed -hot tub in all the buildings with outdoor pools (when warm) and an indoor pool/hot tub option in the main building -easy access from parking lot by the side door Cons: -hot tub in our first building was out of order and second building the jets didn’t work; main building hot tub was not that hot (we did let the resort know about the jets) -couch was not super comfortable- had to sit on a pillow to make the edge not so hard -bathroom door did not close well -nothing to store food in (containers, ziplock, etc.)- we decided to one evening and had nothing to store leftovers in- would have been nice to have something, even some aluminum foil to put over the top of a plate

Peaceful retreat

It was so peaceful that most of our stay we remained in our Condo. We did adventure out but our most blessed time was in this condo.

It worked

Wasn't to far from the places we wanted to go and see. I wasnt sire what to expect it being a condo, but was not expecting it to be where it was. Great getaway

Beautiful location tucked away in Egg Harbor. Walking trail is beautiful. (The STEEP HILL sign is no joke.) Check-in and Check-out was efficient and everyone very helpful. We loved the location, amenities, and price. We spent a few days visiting lighthouses, parks, antiquing and eating great food!

Great visit to Door County

Secluded Getaway

We traveled in late September/early October and weather was amazing (70's and sunny all week). Landmark is a grouping of several condos all set in the woods. There was an outdoor pool (closed) as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. We did lots of bicycling to all the area towns. The condo place we had was a bit dated, but adequate. We had some issues w/heat-cooling, but figured it out. The TV had a zillion channels, and (like lots of technology) required a learning curve to figure. We could not cast from phone or Macbook to the TV, but all in all we spent more time outside anyway. Loved the proximity to Egg Harbor!

First time in Door Co.

Nice condo but you’ll need to drive to shopping areas. Plenty of kitchen utensils ect. Bed was comfy but living room furniture could use updated. Once you figure out where to park it’s very close to room. This condo worked well and we’d recommend to others.

Beautiful Views

We had a “woods view” which means away from the water however still nestled among the trees. The views of the bay and sunsets from the deck, the pool and other locations on the property were spectacular. Very quiet and serene. Quick drives to everything Door County.

Overwhelming cigarette smell

Overwhelming cigarette smell, was so bad we had to open all the windows and sleep in 50 degree wether, tub and bathroom sinks were clogged, mattress was very lumpy due to the amount of dampness in the unit. The cigarette smell never went away.

Perfect place for Two

The resort was very nice! Perfectly situated. We enjoyed the ribs at the Carrington. Our condo itself was GREAT, right by the pool! Bed was super comfy. Great little kitchen with everything you need. We will be back next year for sure.

Relaxing

The resort was amazing. Views are beautiful!! Plenty of pools and hot tubs, lots of activities for the kids to do as well. Location was in the middle of places we wanted to explore. We explored the cute towns, golfed at two different golf courses. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. After all that, it was great to come and relax by the pool. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Nice place

Location is great. Property is very clean and comfortable. Minor issue was it listed there are spices provided but there werent. The drive to get them wasnt close. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Dave and Carrie live in Door County year round but we love it so much, we purchased a condo here as well! We both work full time and our dream is to retire someday and make this condo our year round home. Until then, we hope you all will enjoy it as much as we do.
