In the centre of town in the cool Karlin district, this unique bijou mini house has two floors and is located in a 2000m2 private herb garden. So it is completely quiet at night whilst being located close to all the life. The house is newly renovated and contains hi-tech features such as a bathroom behind a glass wall that switches to opaque at the touch of a button. There is an electronic lock with PIN on the front door for seamless arrivals. There is high speed WiFi and nespresso coffee.
