Welcome to your perfect seaside retreat! This charming 3-bedroom house offers a delightful escape for families and dog lovers alike. With two luxurious king beds and two cosy single beds, there's plenty of room for everyone.
Location is everything, within walking distance, you'll find a vibrant selection of bars and restaurants, perfect for sampling local cuisine or enjoying a night out. Take a leisurely stroll along the royal marina or walk in to Broadstairs.

We will send your check-in details 48 hours prior to your check-in date and send your check-out details 24 hours before your departure date. We will also contact you shortly after arrival to make sure you have settled in okay, also giving you the opportunity to report any immediate concerns or ask any questions.

Ramsgate, Kent: A Coastal Gem Unveiled

Nestled on the captivating shores of Kent, Ramsgate is a coastal gem that seamlessly blends maritime charm with historic allure. Known for its award-winning golden sands, the Royal Marina's bustling vibrancy, and the picturesque Royal Esplanade, Ramsgate is a seaside haven that invites you to explore its maritime heritage, vibrant streets, and scenic coastal walks. There are dog friendly beaches really close by - please check the council website for any seasonal restrictions. In close proximity - Aldi Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, plus there is a Fish and Chip shop and Off Licence & Store accross the road. Just a 5 minute walk away is the Granville Theatre - offering a fantastic all year round range of live entertainment - including musicals, comedy nights, tribute acts and audiences with.

The traditional yet vibrant Broadstairs is just a few miles from Ramsgate. You walk or cycle there via the under cliff or the promenades and King George V Park . Stroll along Viking Bay's sandy beach, indulge in some delicious ice cream and discover a variety of shops and eateries that showcase local and international cuisine.

For some of the best sun sets in the UK venture to Margate. Whilst their explore the Old Town, Turner Contemporary Gallery Margate and Dreamland Theme Park & Concert Venue. Margate also has a vibrant nightlife with a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Welcome to your home away from home! Nestled just a short 10-minute stroll from the vibrant town of Ramsgate, this delightful terraced townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. As you ascend the few steps from the front garden to the inviting entrance, you'll feel the warmth of this cosy retreat envelope you.

Step inside to discover a snug lounge, where a plush corner sofa awaits your relaxation. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, equipped with Virgin channels and popular streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon—feel free to log in and enjoy your personal profiles! The heart of the home is the dining area (there is a step down into this area), perfect for gatherings, with seating for six guests. The modern fitted kitchen features all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, and a cafetière for your morning brew. Step outside to the small garden, a serene spot with a patio bench and astroturf—ideal for enjoying a sunny afternoon.

The townhouse accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Downstairs, you'll find a cosy basement bedroom with two single beds, perfect for older children or adults (Due to the open stairs - please study photos, the basement bedroom is not considered suitable for infants / young children). Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms boast king-size beds and ample built-in storage. The bathroom features a bath with an overhead electric shower, and there's a separate toilet for added convenience.

We’re dog-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved small to medium-sized dogs, ensuring your furry friends can join in the fun.

One travel cot and one highchair are also available for families.

Unrestricted street parking is available on the street, and with the beach, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable stay. We can’t wait to welcome you to our charming townhouse in Ramsgate!

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Ramsgate train station is approx 20 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

The Eurotunnel train at Calais will transport you to Folkestone in just 35 minutes. From there it is approximately a 1 hour drive to Thanet on the A20 and A256, follow the signs to Ramsgate.
