Family holiday home a short walk from sandy surfing beach in North Cornwall

The Breakers has been our much loved family holiday home for 25 years. We especially love its proximity to Northcott Mouth which means never having to drive to a beach, we just walk up and down the track to the beach. Bude is a lovely, smallish seaside town with a wide range of old-fashioned shops, cafes and restaurants as well as several supermarkets.

There are wonderful wet-weather activities including bowling, indoor swimming pool with wave machine and spa, large indoor soft-play area, crazy golf, tennis, a links golf course and cinema (20 minutes drive).

Other activities include surf schools, climbing school, cycle and paddle boat hire, swimming in the Bude natural sea pool and walking along the coastal path or along the beach at low tide.

The house is on one floor and has two bathrooms (the ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the family bathroom has a bath with shower over), and four bedrooms. There is a large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and washing machine with a separate dryer. The sitting room has double doors that open onto a glass fronted bay area with spectacular coastal views.
