Tucked away in the heart of Hampstead, this charming and characterful home is the perfect London base for guests seeking comfort, space and style. Spread over three floors with warm, eclectic interiors and flooded with natural light, the flat blends retro charm with modern touches, offering an ideal retreat after days spent exploring the city or wandering the nearby Heath.
Inside, the property comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the office. There are three bathrooms in total – two featuring walk-in showers and one with a bathtub – providing flexibility for families or groups. The home is laid out across three floors, giving everyone room to relax in their own space.
The two separate living areas offer plenty of space to unwind, whether you're curling up with a book or catching up with friends over a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals at home, while the dedicated dining area makes mealtimes a sociable affair. A private terrace adds to the appeal, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh air.

Just a hundread yards away is Hampstead Heath itself – a vast, iconic parkland full of character and wild beauty. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
