The deposit of 300 euros will be requested on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure
The house El Fernen is located in a private guarded domain: Le Gaou Benat. The domain is located on the tip of Cap Bénat between Le Lavandou and the castle of. Brégançon, it offers an exceptional setting and striking peace.

The house covers an area of 60m2, it was built in the 1970s, built entirely of Bormes stone (from the houses of Gaou Benat) and then renovated in 2014. It offers an exceptional view of the sea, a plot of 650 meters bordered by a terrace and a patio which will allow you to admire unforgettable sunrises over the bay.

The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen
(microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) open to the living room with a sofa and a dining room, two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds (possibility of joining them together) a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.
The house is equipped with an air conditioning system.

You can reach the wild coves of the Pointe de Bénat in a few minutes on foot and discover the verdant coastal paths.

The house has been classified by the tourist office of Bormes les Mimosas 4 stars.

The house is only offered for four adults or two adults and 2 children
Minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Mit Blick aufs Meer morgens einen Espresso genießen war der tägliche Start in den Tag. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben es dort genossen.

Un séjour au paradis

Belle maison très bien équipée, emplacement parfait, une vue paradisiaque dans un endroit délicieux et au calme. Si on ajoute un accueil parfait. Qu'ajouter sinon que c'est une expérience qui fait un bien fou qu'il faut vivre absolument !

calme et vue mer

La villa se trouve dans un domaine privé, calme et tres bien entretenu,. La vue est tres agréable avec uniquement de la végétation en premier plan et la mer pas loin. Nous avons aprécié le chemin pieton descendant directement a une plage privée et au sentier cotier, magnifique. La maison est tres agréable en raison de sa grande lumionosité. Ce fur donc un séjour parfait, a refaire!

Un petit paradis face à la mer

La maison est parfaite. Le jardin est magnifique, on le contemple sans se lasser ! Les propriétaires Cathy et Jean-Pierre sont très accueillants, disponibles et discrets La propriété est située dans le Domaine du Gaou, un lieu exceptionnel Bref, un petit paradis face à la mer où passer de belles vacances !

Wunderbarer Herbsturlaub

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und eingebetet in der Natur. Sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Ort. 10 Min. Fussmarsch zum Strand. Schöne Küstenwanderungen findet man in der Nähe. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Ort

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Ich würde wieder hinfahren. Während unseres Aufenhalts war es ruhig, abgesehen von Buchfinken und Zwergohreulen, waren hin und wieder ein paar Grillen zu hören, aber es gab keine lauten Nachbarn, Baulärm etc. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Wasser, zum Baden empfiehlt sich aber der Strand weiter südlich (Portofino). Die Küstenwanderung ist sehr zu empfehlen, außerdem Ausflüge an den Plage du Pellegrin, Parc de l'Estangol oder Plage de L'Argentiere ... Vogelfreunde können die alten Salinen westlich von La Londe besuchen. Einkaufen kann man jederzeit gut in dem kleinen Supermarkt ca. einen Kilometer vor der Schranke (nahe der Einfahrt zum Campingplatz). Tolle Käseauswahl.

Traumurlaub

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Alles was benötigt wird ist in der modernen Küche vorhanden. Jeder Raum ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Für die, die gerne im Dunklen schlafen, die Fester haben Rollläden. Und das beste, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein rund um schöner Urlaub. Eine Anmerkung, da in Gau Benat bis Ende Juni gebaut werden darf bzw. jegliche Reinigungsarbeiten stattfinden kann es zweitens laut werden. Wer in dieser Zeit kommt, muss davon ausgehen, dass es ab und zu laut werden kann. Wofür die Vermieter nichts können! Also viel Spaß in Gau Benat.

Moderne Villa in schöner Umgebung

Schönes, kleines, modern und geschmackvoll möbliertes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Villenanlage. Sehr sauber! Gut ausgestattete große Küche, bequemes Bett. Satelliten-TV und CD-Player vorhanden, jedoch kein Internet. Bad und Toilette modern saniert, wenn auch recht klein. Modern möblierte Terrasse mit Meerblick. Schöne Strände in der Nähe - insbesondere Pellegrin beim Chateau Léoube. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Radfahren. Nach Le Lavandou ca. 10 km. Dort viele Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Wochenmarkt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit herrlichen Blicken

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem gepflegten und liebevoll ausgestatteten kleinen Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Neben der perfekten Kücheneinrichtung und dem schön gestalteten Ess- und Wohnbereich haben wir den herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, die Terrasse, den Garten und auch den kurzen Fußweg zum Strand sehr genossen. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist wie in der französischen Beschreibung beschrieben(die deutsche Beschreibung ist missverständlich und teilweise falsch!!). Es ist einfach toll!!! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu. La maison est exactement comme décrit. Elle est absolument extraordinaire!! Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. L‘ameublement est moderne et de bon goût. L‘equipment de la cuisine ne laisse aucun désir inassouvi. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist zwar sehr lang (ca. 1,8 km ab der bewachten Schranke), man wird jedoch mit dem Blick von der Terrasse auf‘s Meer mehr als entschädigt. L‘approche à la maison est très longue (environ 1,8 km du guardien), il est toutefois, plus que compensé par la vue depuis la terrasse de la mer. Auch die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist einfach nur toll. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Les soins fournis par les propriétaires est tout simplement génial. Merci encore une fois pour votre amabilité! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Nous avons senti très à l‘aise et nous pouvons recommander cette maison avec une bonne conscience. Wir werden gern wiederkommen! On va revenir!
