Modern, newly built apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Ideally located in Segepark with excellent access to central Malmö—a 5-minute drive or 15-minute bus ride. The fully equipped kitchen includes all basic amenities. Towels and linens are provided. Integrated washer and dryer. Dishwasher with detergent included. Paid parking is available in the garage or nearby, at variable rates.
The apartment is situated right next to a lovely park with great running trails, a peaceful pond with ducks and geese, and a public barbecue area that everyone can use.
Also ideal for guests planning a visit to Denmark, with easy rail connections from Malmö Central Station to Copenhagen. The total journey time between the apartment and central Copenhagen by public transport is approximately 30 to 50 minutes.
