Step into one of Cheltenham’s finest homes, meticulously renovated to the highest of standards with exquisite attention to detail throughout

The private entrance porch leads into a striking hallway that sets the tone, featuring its own fireplace, elegant tiled flooring, statement lighting and panelled walls, which you'll find throughout this home. From here, you’ll discover the cozy sitting room, beautifully styled for relaxation with a log burner, plush sofas and an armchair, and a Smart TV. Bedroom 6 is accessed via this snug on the ground floor.

At the rear, overlooking the garden, lies the heart of the home—an impressive open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. With sofa seating for eight, a dining table to match, and another Smart TV, it’s perfect for entertaining. The impeccable kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could wish for, and features a breakfast bar for five, a hidden walk-in pantry, and an instant hot water tap.

Bifold doors open onto the landscaped garden, complete with a patio, lawn, a sauna for six, gym, and a cold-water outdoor shower for a refreshing touch. Outdoor furniture will be added too for our first guests in Summer 2026.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a convenient WC, a boot room for storing coats and luggage, and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an adjustable laundry pulley.

Upstairs, the first floor boasts four beautifully styled bedrooms. The master suite offers indulgence with a super king bed, its own TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite with a freestanding resin bath and rainfall shower. Bedroom two features a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower. Bedrooms three and four include double beds, while the stunning family bathroom hosts another freestanding bath and rainfall shower.

The second floor, converted from the attic, houses a fifth double bedroom, rounding off the layout with charm and practicality.

Old Bath Road in Cheltenham is a sought-after location, blending the charm of a peaceful residential area with easy access to the town's vibrant amenities.

Just a short stroll from Sandford Park and the iconic Lido, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring Cheltenham’s Regency architecture, boutique shops, and renowned dining spots. The Cotswolds are also within easy reach, offering stunning countryside and picturesque villages.

Cheltenham is known for its Regency architecture, and highlights include the Montpellier District in the southern part of the town centre boasting graceful Regency townhouses, the famous Imperial Gardens, home to many of Cheltenham's Festival's, unique shops and wine bars. The Promenade is a popular shopping street featuring rows of Regency houses, cafes, and independent retailers. Stroll along the tree-lined avenue, shaded by horse chestnut and lime trees, and admire the Neptune Fountain inspired by Rome's Trevi Fountain.

🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in the shower room.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Thank you for choosing to stay in our home, where we take pride in offering a property of luxurious finish and exceptional quality. To ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible while preserving the condition of this special home, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the panelled walls, which are an integral part of the home’s elegant design.

We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 7 am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 11pm and the sauna cannot be used after this time.

Shoes must be removed on carpeted areas to maintain their pristine condition, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
